Rated 2 out of 5 by C.MA from Bad product and experience. I have had the HP Stereo USB Headset G2 for less than a year. They were great for a while, but after 8 months, they sound awful. There is a lot of static and I can't hear people during meetings. I tried calling HP Support about this issue, but they transferred me to 8 different people. Each time I was told that it was the wrong department, and then when I got to the eighth customer support rep, I was placed on hold and then the call was hung up. Despite the fact that the rep had my phone number, she did not bother calling me back.
