Disappointed with Voyager Headset
I don't like to difference of not being able to plug the cord into the device to charge. The charging cord is extremely shorter than other HP BLUETOOTH devices. It doesn't always charge to the fullest capacity.

Good app for you
After years of using standard earbuds for work, I finally picked up the Poly Voyager Legend. As a first-time user of a dedicated "over-the-ear" professional headset, here is my honest take:
The "First Impression" Experience
The Fit: It’s surprisingly lightweight. I was worried it would feel bulky behind my ear, but after about 20 minutes, I actually forgot I was wearing it. The silicone tips are comfortable, though it takes a second to figure out the best angle to hook it on.
Audio Quality: The noise cancellation is the real star here. I tested it while standing next to a running dishwasher and my caller said they couldn't hear a thing—just my voice. On my end, the audio is crisp, though it’s definitely tuned for voice, not music.
The Controls: It feels very intuitive. There are physical buttons for volume and a dedicated mute button on the boom arm, which is much better than fumbling with a touch screen during a meeting.
What I Loved
Voice Alerts: When a call comes in, it tells me who is calling and asks "Answer or Ignore?" Being able to just say "Answer" totally hands-free felt like living in the future.
Smart Sensors: If I’m not wearing it and a call comes in, I can just put it on my ear and it automatically answers. No clicking needed.
The Learning Curve
The Charger: This is my only real gripe. It uses a proprietary magnetic connection rather than a standard USB-C or Micro-USB. If I lose this specific cable, I can’t charge it.
The App: To get the most out of it (and check battery percentages), you really need to download the Poly Lens app.
Final Verdict
If you spend your day on the phone or in Zoom meetings, this is a massive upgrade over standard headphones. It looks a bit "corporate," but the call quality and comfort make it worth it.

Enhanced features required
Overall, I like the earpiece, however a couple of things that I must call out. The range for the reception is not good. I lose connection frequently and the charger does not connect well so it’s really difficult to know if you’re charging or not and I have yet to have the battery charge it full capacity.
