Rated 2 out of 5 by Johnbon from I wouldn't be shocked to see the freq response Couldn't find any reviews with technical analysis, but sounds way too hot in the bass area. If I'd bought these myself I'd be really disappointed. No way to change the eq in the Poly Lens app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rene from LONG RANGE AND NO INTERFERENCE I have been using this headset for almost a year now and never had any issues. Battery is long life and when I forgot to charge it, the wired cable is ready to go. I even tested its range and reached my garage with still good audio quality. I like also the bass sound(womp, womp), which I did not have with other middle of the pack headsets. This is an excellent product for home and office call center enviroment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tiffanyb1991 from Perfect headset for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Voyager 4300 UC Series (4310 UC Bluetooth On Ear Computer Headset) in Black. I’m able to connect wirelessly via Bluetooth or to a computer with a USB-C adapter. Fits very comfortably. The audio is crystal clear and I love how the background noise is nonexistent. High quality brand that has high quality products. Very happy with this product. Definitely recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Manny35 from Great sound and volume but feel a bit small [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the sound of these headphones. They volume adjustment and the mic sound great. I was able to walk around my home office and hear and speak without issue. The size of the adjustment felt a bit small though. At times it felt as if the side without the speaker was riding high up on my head and I do not have a large head. It still felt comfy on my ear and the speaker cushion is nice and soft and felt great even after hours of using it for meetings. I would recommend these for the comfort alone on my ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by J Chapman from Great wireless headset with a long battery life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this headset to replace a wired headset I’ve been using. My concern for wireless headsets is the battery dying or the headset disconnecting on me in the middle of a call. Luckily, the battery life on this set fantastic. I can go several days between charges. The headset also paired effortlessly with windows and I haven’t had any issues with disconnections. The sound quality is great, and I can easily hear the people I am talking to. I tested the mic with some of my coworkers before using it on calls, and they all said that my voice came through clear with no distortion. The headset itself is light and comfortable to wear, unlike other headsets that put tend to too much pressure on your ear and become uncomfortable over time. This is a great headset if you’re looking to go wireless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hawk from Good headset to untether you from your desk [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the headset a week ago, and I have been using it exclusively for all my meetings and PC audio for the entire work week. Let me start with the description. The headset I received was a mono set, with only one earpiece with boom mic. The other side was a padded piece to hold to my head. The fit was decent, maybe a hair tight, even fully extended, but definitely secure, and I could easily wear it for several houris with minimal discomfort. The first thing I did was launch the Poly Lens app and then connected the headset because with almost any new product from any company, there is generally an update pending, and this was no exception. After updating the headset and giving it a full charge, my first meeting started. For reference, my audio experience prior to this headset, I have used the Poly Sync 10, the Studio R30, and the Logitech c930e webcam with audio playback through my TV monitor (sharp 32”). The audio compared to the previously mentioned devices and setups was a bit “tinny”, with a brighter, higher register of audio than previously experienced. Another way to put it would be comparing listening to a AM radio station after listening to FM. I had to keep the volume at 3/4 to max in order to hear everything, but I definitely was able to hear everything. Not a word was missed unless it was a problem on the speaker’s end. I was pleasantly surprised at the range. My home office is located on the lowest level of my 2 story, split level home, and there are multiple walls and halls. I was able to basically go from one end of the house where my office is, to my kitchen on the other side, and not have a single issue. The audio never dropped and remained as good as it was sitting at my desk. The mute button worked well, but seemed to have problems with MS Teams integration. I’ve had multiple occasions where I would give a single press to the button, but the mute would toggle back and forth. Example would be someone requesting me to speak, and I hit the button, and the voice prompt would say, “unmuted. Muted” and I would have to hit the button again to unmute. The first time I thought I double-pressed the button, but since then I have been very precise with using it, and it still is a intermittent problem. I have not experienced this with Cisco Jabber, or any other app, so this seems specific to MS Teams. Being that this is a mono headset, I wear the headset on my left ear. Everything is well placed but the power button. If you wore the headset on the right ear, the power button is easily accessible by your thumb, but the motion to turn the headset on would be a push, not a pull. The rest of the controls are easy to find and use. I will say that the lens app helps customize your experience, making it easy to set your default settings so you have the same experience no matter the app. Overall, I give the headset a 4 out of 5, only due to the amount of treble in the audio. It is just a bit too much, and not enough bass to keep it well rounded. Because of the treble, you can easily hear a hiss in the background, and it’s a little annoying.

Are you able to connect this to two mobile phones and a PC. For instance, listening to music on one phone and then receiving a phone call on the other mobile phone or receiving a teams call through the computer.

Asked by: Kevin McHugh
No, the Voyager 4300 UC features Multipoint connectivity, this means the headset can connect to two devices at the same time. Note that you will not be able to use two devices simultaneously; instead, the benefit is that you will be able to answer an incoming phone call from either device using the headset. Do these work with a vvx300?

Asked by: Miguel Ciarreta
You can make the Voyager 4300 compatible with a VVX300, through a Voyager Office Base. The base allows you to use your headset with a desk phone. If you're also interested in Remote Call Control Feature (RCC) to answer/end calls directly from the headset, take a look at our APP-51 EHS cable.
