ChargingYour wireless headset needs to be charged, either overnight, or between calls. Charging can be done by plugging it into a charging cable (included in the box), or you include a Desktop Charging Stand that serves as a dedicated place to store your headset, while also charging it.

Thank you for your question! The question is not very clear. However, this Poly Voyager 4310-M Microsoft Teams Certified Headset will be compatible via Bluetooth or USB connection-A connection. The minimum system OS requirements are Windows 11; Windows 10; macOS; Android&trade;; and iOS. If you were referring to whether this would be compatible with connecting directly to a VOIP system and not through a PC via a VOIP system, it is recommended to contact the VOIP hardware manufacturer. The sound channels in the headset for this model, is it Mono or Stereo? Our office had issues with the Webex 571 model, where using that headset to listen to a recorded call will not play the sound channels in Stereo so we cannot hear both sides of call.
