WHERE’S MY INK
I just bought a new printer and continued my Instant Ink program. My color ink has been out for over a week now. I ended up having to request my ink to be sent. I assumed it was going to arrive any day but it didn’t. So now, I am over two weeks where I can’t print with any color. I pay alot for my program and this should NOT happen!

Enjoyed constant ink and help.
Have used Instant Ink for years. Quite satisfied with Instant Ink. Had trouble with magenta prematurely running out but was always sent a replacement cartridge.

This is my third review in which HP’s utter disregard for the customer has been exhibited and ignored! The setup for my printer was impossible and the only response from the HP agent was added cost! When I explained that I was 82 yrs old, disabled and on a fixed income, HP wouldn’t even show the courtesy of returning my pleas for help!

Worst Product
Worst copier I have owned! Won't scan, had my computer guy here he worked an hour and gave up! Now can't print from my computer guess I lost my blue tooth connection. A good place for it would be in the garbage dumpster!!!

HP Instant Ink program works for me!
I don't have any complaints with my HP Instant Ink program and the pre-paid e-card. I've had this program with 3 of my HP printers and (for me)... it may not be the cheapest all around, but I have such a busy life, the ease of having to remember to order online or go to Staples for refills... this makes up for the higher cost in my opinion.
