Solid laptop
Very happy with this laptop. The 360 component works well and is fun for watching movies, etc. and bends as you see in pictures. Touch screen works well. Charging is very fast. It is a little wider and heavier than comparable laptops. At times, the keypad doesn't respond. But everything else has been solid. It is overall a great product.

What a waste
I think it is ridiculous that I bought a printer with tiny ink cartridges and an eCard that makes you subscribe to instant ink. They shipped me replacement ink within 2 days of installing the printer. I had only used the printer to print the test and alignment sheets at that point. Here almost 2 months later I have gotten no more ink and I haven't even replaced the original cartridges that came with the printer. So I got tiny cartridges in the package with the printer, they made me sign up for free ink (about 30 min of redundant online forms) They immediately shipped me new ink and now I have to go in and unsubscribe from the online ink monitoring when my free trial is up. Inefficient to the extreme, terrible experience, extra waste, and extra work for what should be a simple and easy printer swap out.

Great idea.
This, I think, is the greatest idea for HP to come up with. Never need to run out to get ink, or paper. They monitor that and ship it to you before you need it in a near just in time scenario.

You can do it through the HP Smart app by clicking your account and looking on the overview there. The number to the Instant Ink support team is also on there and you can contact them to help change it.
