difficult set up
The printer does a fine job printing, but getting it set up was difficult and took several tries. The world needs a simple to turn on printer without needing an internet connection to the manufacturer to get it able to operate, just a plug and play unit with a usb connnection.

I hate my printer
Buy Canon! Printer not even on HP printer list! This is my second HP printer. I have reset wireless network, shutoff phone, remove app and reinstalled, turned off printer, unplugged, watched YouTube tube videos. All I want to do is print and copy and I certainly DO NOT want to subscribe to ANYTHING just to print.

HP printer
HP holds your printer hostage until you join paper and ink refills. Twice my 6400 locked up until I ordered from the ink refill. I couldn’t get my 2800 printer working so I called HP and the helper on the phone said I was using a substandard brand of ink cartridge. I told him that I was using the ink that came with the printer. I finally gave in and joined printer and paper HP replacement again. It immediately came on line and printed for me. I have nearly full ink cartridges on both of my printers and yet HP has sent me replacement cartridges 3 times in the last two months! Give me a break! Never buy an HP!

Connection Set-up Complications
Printer price is affordable, but it's setup process is very complicated. It wasted our a lot of time to always make connection with internet. Otherwise it doesn't work properly until connect with internet. This process is tricky and puzzling. We had to buy another printer to get rid of it.

HP Printers are the Best for Home
I recently purchased an HP 2855e printer. Images and text are clear and true to color. What's more, it was affordable and just retired my last HP Printer of the last 10 year to purchase a new one. When considering new printers take a serious look at the HP brand and their Instant Ink offering. They will save you money.

Frustrated
The printer is wireless, and my present computer is wired. The printer is always going offline. Support worked for 4 hours to get it online. I turned it off when done, next morning tuned it off. offline again.

I am very happy with my HP Deskjet 2855e printer. It came earlier than expected and was very easy to set up. The print quality is great and it prints fast. I would recommend this printer to anyone, especially if you only need one for printing a couple pages a week.

Easy to use, quick and very efficient. Great price, features and I really enjoy the fact the ink comes to you instead of you having to chase it down! I use for basic black and white letters with occasional color. Highly recommended for reliable printing.

You honestly get what you paid for. It works, but can be hit or miss with connection for no reason at all. It’s frustrating when I’m working from home and need something to print and it decides to be temperamental.

So far, so good. Because I don't use it often, I sometimes forget how things work, but every time I call, they assist me. I have referred HP and their services (about this plan in particular) to many others, and two or three have already taken the offer. By the way, do I get any kind of referral fee?

Still can't scan with Windows 11.
No better than my 13 year old Deskjet 3050. I can't get either one to scan with Windows 11. I'm exhausted having spent hours to get a scan function, going through reams of HP help links and reams of Window 11 help links. I really shouldn't have to pay a techie to do this for me.

Amazing color printer
So first I want to say the color of this printer the Lilac is very nice looking! The highlights for me would have to be the weight. Which is light but build quality is great. Also the simplicity of connecting the printer to my galaxy phone was very straight forward and I started printing within 10 min or less. The colors coming out are very detailed and vibrant. I have made a 40 page copy in this printer and it performed better then my older printer. It was very quick with no pauses which I loved. Those printer is great for a family or even small office. It's compact and does everything print related that you will ever need.

Easy and appealing
I got the Chili Red printer, and I have to first say how attractive it is to look at. The red is stunning. As far as setup; I’ve had an easier time setting up a printer, but after I got it connected it has been very easy to use and print. The quality is great and it has been very reliable. I would recommend this for someone that isn’t tech savvy and not looking to spend a ton on a printer.

Getting rid of my old printer
This is my new favorite printer. It’s extremely effortless and easy to setup and use. I also love the design of the printer itself. The pop of color and sleek design makes it so much less of an eye sore out on my desk! The scanning feature also works incredibly well - definitely comes out much clearer than my old HP. Overall, I’m very happy with this printer and I could definitely recommend!

Easy to use printer
So, I like the printer the only problem I had was the color printing because it wasn’t vibrant enough but I think it’s because I haven’t charged the ink cartridge yet other than that everything else was amazing and will suggest it to others. Thank you

Not my favorite
I was really excited to try a new compact printer, but this was not only difficult to set up, but did not print clearly after I cleaned the print head 3 times! Thats a bit absurd for a full ink cartridge. While it has the scan and copy feature, a brand new printer in 2024 should be offering nothing but clear print. I am disappointed in this printer. But it does get the job done for simple print jobs. I do appreciate the wifi feature and the connect to your phone.

Great little printer!
I'm SO happy I got this printer. I foolishly switched from HP to another well known brand and let me just say it was problem after problem. I had my previous HP printer for YEARS and it finally gave in. I'm happy to have HP again. It does what it says and I'm not stuck constantly trying to troubleshoot nonsense issues. I definitely recommend! ❤️

Great Little HP Printer
What a great, little, HP Deskjet Printer. It was super easy to set up and very easy to understand. It prints very quietly and from all of my computers. The great thing is that we are able to print very quickly from our smart phones. It is working very well so far. My wife has found it very easy and quick to be able to print when on the go also. I would highly recommend this little powerhouse of a printer.

Thank you for your question! It is unclear what is being asked. This HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer will be compatible with paper up to 145lb paperweight. As long as the Card Stock paper has a paper weight at or under 145lb it will print just like any other print.
