I bought this printer because it was cheap. It shows! This printer is a piece of trash. It stopped working properly after about 2 months, very few pages printed. I tried to use it just as a scanner after. The thing won't connect to the WiFi without fighting with it each time for an hour. Support is generally unhelpful.

Cannot Set It Up
I am unable to use this device because it needs WiFi and I only have a cable connection. I spent over an hour today trying to get it to work, but to no avail. If you can do something so that the All-in-One is usable, I would very much appreciate it.

HP Deskjet 2755e
The HP DJ 2755e seems to be a nice printer and perform well, but it was a bit harder than normal to get there. The unpacking directions were incomplete, therefore incorrect. There was packing taped under the chassis, but not noted. The installation instructions were incomplete, therefore incorrect. The only connection option was WiFi, as the USB cable was not included. I have very weak WiFi in my office, so had to obtain a USB cable elsewhere. Do better please.

Won't connect to all types of wifi networks
The printer works fine but the product specs are misleading. Nowhere does it specify that this printer cannot connect to wifi networks with wpa3 security. I just assumed that a modern day printer would be able to do this. The printer also did not come with a USB cable to connect it directly to my computer, so I had to order a cable separately. I am annoyed that I will not be able to use the wireless printing feature, which is literally the reason that I bought this particular printer. If HP is incapable of making wireless printers that connect to all types of wifi networks, the very least that they can do is include a USB cable so you can actually USE the printer. Very disappointed.

I seriously hate this printer. It has never managed to connect to my pc over wireless, not even a single time. The only way I've managed to print anything is to email the dang thing, and then it may print in 5 minutes or it may print in 3 hours. You can't interact with it at all; it prints off instructions and status updates instead of having a display screen. And when I do manage to print anything, it's blurry or misaligned or only half the page prints legibly. I'm throwing it in the trash.

A Great Printer!
It's perfect for my light printing needs, and those of an elementary school student! It prints quickly and produces sharp output. It has a small footprint, is lightweight, and I purchased it at a terrific sale price! This is quite a nice looking printer, and so very easy to set up! I remember that "sinking printer set up feeling" from years ago, but this printer set up process was literally as easy as 1,2,3! Just follow the package insert directions. I am so impressed... Thank you so much HP; I'm loving my new Model 2755e!

Problems setting up my printer, even with HP help
Problems encountered with seting up the printer, and using the HP Smart app to do the job. The App failed on my smartphone, and then caused unknown problems on my HP Desktop, as we tried to setup the printer, now with support from HP itself. It took a long time to get it setup, even with remote help logged onto my desktop.

Nothing but a big paper weight if you don't have wireless internet.
Bought this at walmart. Read and read the box. I knew you could use it wirelessly but no where does it say that the only way you can set it up AND use it is with it always being hooked up to the wireless internet. I've had other wireless printers from other companies and never HAD to have the wireless internet to use it. I don't have a wireless router so this is useless to me except as a paper weight. I will be returning it to walmart. I always had luck with HP in the past with printers, but now I don't know if they have a printer for the average person anymore. Thanks HP for letting me down. And false advertising on your boxes.

I GOT "HACKED"!
When I clicked on needing "set-help" a message appeared saying I should call an 888 number and a HP technician would help me. What happened was the person took control of my computer through a "back door"! My computer is now at my local technician and I will be out a lot of money to get it fixed. You owe me BIG time. I have used HP products exclusively for many years. with no problems. My technician told me that this problem with new HP printer purchases is well know. Living in the S.F. bay area made me want to trust purchases from the home of HP. Is this no longer the case?

Virtuellement, on me dit de changer ma cartouche???. Au service, on me donne trois numéros différents et sans me répondre en français, on me dit de contacter l'assistant virtuelle??? Je n'ose pas racheter une autre cartouche car s'il ne la reconnait pas, cela ne règlera pas mon problème. Je ne comprends pas que nous ayons tant de difficulté à rejoindre un service à la clientèle. HP était ma marque préféré. J'ai gardé mon premier ordi 10 ans et il fonctionne encore. Mais maintenant leur produit est rendu très cheap et pas de service en plus.

If Only HP would have helped me.
Had a hard time to get printer going. If you had another HP Printer before, it seems that it would impede installing the new printer. I thought that I would get help from HP technician, but somehow a third party stepped in to did the install, while I thought it was HP technician.
HP should safeguard against this kind of intrusion in helping customers .
