I recently purchased the HP 952XL/952 High Yield Black & Standard Color Ink Cartridge Bundle directly from HP. Theses HP Ink Cartridges are reliable and I always know I’m going to get the expected yields vs those generic comparable cartridges that are now on the market. Those cartridges don’t deliver the yield they state and come with no warranty like the HP 952’s. The colors when matched with the correct inkjet HP paper deliver the best colors and never bleed. Bright, bold and enhanced black/white and colors is what you will get. Always trust and buy HP cartridges if you want to keep your warranty going and know your backed by HP Ink Warranty. Oh, did I mention that only HP cartridges give you an expiration date so you know up front how long you can expect their cartridges to last. Those generic cartridges can’t do that because everyone knows they dry up quickly and never last. HP 952XL/952 Color Bundles Always everyone, Always!!

I have purchased black and color ink cartridges from HP for more than 15 years. last year I received two that was damaged. My HP computer and HP printer claimed that the cartridges was out of ink after two weeks and I had not had a chance to use them. I ordered new ones but became angry that I did not get my money worth. I called HP and after over an hour on the phone with customer service, an HP Manager approved replacements. I appreciate the service. I also appreciates your delivery service of next day delivery.

After owning two earlier models of this printer since 2000, this is by far the least user friendly version I've owned. It doesn't interface well with my computer - I constantly get messages telling me that I've set it to the wrong paper setting (when I haven't ever changed the paper setting). I constantly have to go through manually to set it to do double-sided printing. Overall just doesn't function as flawlessly as earlier models.

Has the HP 952 XL ink cartridge replaced the 962 XL ink cartridge?
Thanks for your question about HP inks. The HP 962 XL ink does not replace the HP 952 cartridges. If you have a printer that uses the HP 952 ink you would still need to use those cartridges.
