Priced yourself out of repeat business

Poor shipping / packaging
HP 951 was good. Problem is - it shipped in brown kraft paper envelope, offering no protection for the product. So, the HP packaging was crushed. It was a gift; I didn't like giving it in a crushed box.

Very Easy Process
I was delighted in how easy it was to receive the cartridges I needed and how quickly they arrived at my home. I had go to the regular stores I ordinarily use to purchase my needed cartridges (Walmart, Target, Costcos) but they were all of them out of supply. Thus, I turned to the internet and the HP page, entered my order, and days later they were in my printer. Thanks, HP

HP cheated me
The cartridges were faulty caused the printer to fail could not send them back because I got no help from HP customer service. HP basically stole $150 dollars from me.

HOnis the worst
HOnis the most difficult to set up, the most buggy, and has the lowest print quality in the entire industry. They have the most expensive ink and they have chips in their ink refills that prevent you from trying to use a 3rd party ink supplier. Never buy HP products. They’re garbage and the competition is a better value. Buy a Brother printer instead.

HP purchase, regret it.
Horrible experience. Cartridges were sent from a Co. In Miami, the Yellow one showed as empty. I returned the whole package and they issued a partial refund. They owe me $36 dollars. Had to dispute through my bank. I will never order it again, rather go to the store, as I did.

Didn't Work
Printer ran on a black ink. We placed the black cartridge with this new one then the printer started giving an error that I could not clear. Tried to contact HP but it's not possible to talk to a live person. Try a whole variety of solutions based on a Google search. Nothing worked. The good news is HP accepted a full refund of the cost for this cartridge when I returned it.

Poor HP product - color ink cartridges
The color cartridges mailed to me by HP did not work in my HP printer / scanner. Apparently, they were not made to work in the U.S. and Canada. After extensive time spent trying to find out what was wrong with my printer / scanner, I returned the cartridges to HP, for a refund. I then went to a local store, an Office Depot, and purchased another 3-pack color set. Two of those did no work either and I had to return that purchase to the store. With my 3rd purchase, I finally got 3 color cartridges that were correct for my printer / scanner. This is pretty abysmal HP performance and was a great inconvenience for me.

HP 951 and 950 cartridges
Be careful this is the third printer/copier that has been ruined by replacing new cartridges. It was working fine until I had to change cartridge! In every printer the same message appears, that is something wrong with the printing heads, I followed instructions on what to do to clear this message and ran tests and came okay. Then I ran 10 copies and the same message came up! Got this message cleared again now it tells me one or more of the cartridges are damaged, brand new, also my blue cartridge is about out of ink, just replaced 2 days and only ran test and 10 copies. So lost 3 printer/copiers in 2 and a half years. Just bought this ink now I can not use it and you will give me a hassle for a refund! It seems funny this happened 3 times makes me think you did something to the cartridges to make it quit working! Defective cartridges!

I kinda like my printer but the ink is so expensive. I don't print a lot of things and it stills seems to run out faster then I would like. You can't use non HP ink in it that would be cheaper either. Considering another brand when I make my next purchase of a printer. Unless they lower the cost of the ink refills.

Cartridges are too expensive and short-lived. "XL" versions only exist to charge more for full cartridges. Colors feel bland / watered-down especially for normal printing. Either poorly designed or designed to clog. Printer is CONSTANTLY "cleaning" and designed to continually waste ink even without printing. Watch the levels drop for no reason every. time. you turn on the printer. Now HP doesn't even want you to own your own printer. Far cry from the HP of 30 years ago.

Returns were relatively easy.
951 3-pack was ordered before I discovered that the problem was the printer not the ink cartridges. HP emailed me a return authorization label and refunded my money in a very timely manner.

If you have an HP printer, you use HP ink. Been doing so for decades. Great results and when I order from them online, they include a bag to send the empty cartridges back in, free of charge. We need to recycle them, please, and this makes it so easy.

Ok, I'll admit it. In the 20 years I've had my faithful HP Officejet printer, I have tried to use cheaper ink cartridges from off brand suppliers. I've tried the refillable ones too.
I came back to HP cartridges because they give me everything I want from a print job. Clear, crisp, legible. Ok, they're a bit more $$ but I can rely on them!

Happy with my HP printer
My printer is an older model (10+ years) but still works great. Replacing the ink cartridges has always been a breeze, removing the old ones and installing the new is simple and quick. Lately, I find ordering the new ones easier through HP.

My HP Officejet Pro 8610 states "Missing or Failed Printhead". Can I purchase a new Printhead for this printer? If so, where can I purchase it? I wasn't able to locate one on the HP website.
Thank you for your question regarding the Officejet Pro 8610. HP does not sell the CR322A and it is no longer manufactured by HP. You may be able to find it from other vendors, but they may not be the official part. The current replacement model for the unit is the OfficeJet Pro 9125e.
