I used to go to the office supply store to get my ink. When I researched the HP store sight, I realized that it was much less expensive to order online and I knew I would get quality products that hadn't been sitting on the shelves for months. Perfect for my printer however the dam printer gives me a hard time when I try to print from my computer, and I had problem with color printing in a picture I printer. Service is great I will eventually figure it out, but I love HP service, quick and fast thanks.

The replacement ink cartridges Work well and, seemingly, have an extended lifespan, when compared to the cartridges that came with the printer at purchase. The cartridges are a little difficult to install, but not impossible. Printer design engineering is the ulprit, not the cartridges.
