HP IS VERY SNEAKY
HP sucks for updates that cause my printer to only be able to utilize cartridges from HP only - no aftermarket brands that would have saved me money over the years I have owned the HP printer. Will never purchase another HP computer or printer product ever again.

NEVER buy anything from HP because they are stealing from everyone with the ink prices to the extent that R&D is focused away from solving the ink replacement process because that would eliminate the easy scam. The ink problem can be easily solved, but, in the short term, you make more on scams than research. It's just being fat and lazy, getting something for nothing, or, stealing.

Genuine HP Toner
I ordered toner from Amazon thinking it was genuine HP toner (it looked the same). It was not, and I'm glad it is all used up because it was certainly inferior to the REAL HB toner that I always had used previously! I won't be making that mistake and will from now on order directly from HP!

HP has cornered the market on printer costs by offering healthy printers with expensive cheap plastic ink. Then they added a warranty code that prevents 3 year old good cartridges from being used! What a scam.

HP Ink Quality has Diminished, The blank ink cartridge I recently purchased causes the ink to bleed on the paper, the cyan cartridge is plugged up and multiple attempts to clean the heads have not worked so I have no blue, HP printers and ink have always been top quality and reliable but for the cost of ink I expect what I pay for.

The best. I've tried alternatives, but it was impossible to beat the HP quality for an HP printer. I really like having this delivered instead of buying it in stores. I know the quality, when I typically need a replacement, and auto-ship is ideal for my purpose. And it's easy to change the shipment frequency if I need to. I highly recommend it.

Huge pain in the butt
Signed up for the instant ink and then my cc was scammed so HP had old #. So they stopped sending ink. I ordered HP ink online and installed. Printer would no work bc that ink wasn’t from their instant ink program. They basically held my printer hostage bc I bought hp ink from hp. Will never buy another hp printer.
