Very hard to remove orange top before installing
The ink is fine, but removing the orange plastic top is a pain. I struggle to pop this off each time I install a cartidge. I don't understand why isn't designed for easier removal.

Praise takes all
The HP website gets me where I want to be after several tries. It keeps wanting me to sign up for automatic delivery - sorry I don't use my printer that much so quit hassling me. Then on installing the ink, the printer decided it wouldn't work. Where do I find help. I had to jump through hoops. I used to have "doc" app on the laptop but that too has disappeared and finally after many days and attempts I resolved my issue and got the printer working again. it's just not as easy as it used to be. I don't think it's my little old lady attempts either. Make it easier please.

Bad return policy
I didn’t use because the problem was the print head. Though it said returns in 30 days, HP declined to refund purchase, even though I ended up buying a new printer from them with instant ink. Therefore, anyone need a new cartridge? I can’t use a replacement cartridge because it won’t be instant ink cartridge.

Poor customer service
I ordered ink from HP Ink They sent me the wrong ink. Then when I tried to return it, I couldn’t get any customer service to assist me.
The worst customer service! Now I’m out cost of ink cartridge. Do not order from HP ink!
