terrible product- poor support
Printer would not recognize this cartridge or the color cartridges I purchased as Genuine HP and therefore would not allow printing. I could not find a customer service number to contact HP. I found the online help poor and circular. I have since discarded the printer and cartridges and have switched to a different mfg. I am extremely disappointed with HP since I purposefully purchased "Genuine" HP cartridges with the intent of them being fully compatible. I was not able to find a portal for return and reimbursement have no intent of using HP products in the future

Subscription Ink Program is Criminal
I accepted the free trial HP ink program. But once I cancelled, all of my ink is now useless and I must buy new ink. I would not have tried the free trial if I knew you would brink $125 worth of ink.
The print ink model was already a scam, now itis criminal.
I will tell everyone that I can tell.

There’s cartridges are too expensive and HP adjusts your printer so you can’t use generic cartridges that cost 1/2 the price.

Only Get HP Ink Cartridges!!!
I made the mistake of getting non-HP cartridges, and when I installed them, they didn't work. Ordered the HP - black and the range of colors - and they worked immediately. I know that HP said to only order HP cartridges, but I thought that was for marketing purposed. And crazily, the price was not that different. I'm sold! Only replace with HP cartridges!

Singing the print
Because I sing in two choirs, I often have to print music for my own convenience. As a budding writer, I also print text to review. This is a dependable ink source and the print itself is always clear. The cartridge is easy to insert and really lasts an incredibly long time, especially considering how much I use my printer.

Get an HP Printer/HP Ink Cartridge
I buy genuine HP ink cartridges because there is no option. The printer has firmware that will not allow me to use any other brand of cartridge. I have tried it several times, to no affect. If you're going to purchase an HP printer, get used to spending for your ink cartridges.

Never buy HP printer
This thing about HP only using “authentic HP ink cartridges” hit me without warning when I allowed a software update to be installed on my HP Inkjet Pro. Actually , I thought that I bought authentic HP ink cartridges, but after the software update was installed, I had to buy over $100 of new ink cartridges. I will never vuy another HP product again.

Beware HP shipping operation not what it used to be.
Customer service simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. The package with the cartridges arrived in damaged condition. I wrote to HP and even sent photos and have heard nothing back from them since then. Beware! The package was large and had no packing in it so when delivery people started throwing it around and piling other heavier boxes on top, the inevitable happened. The taping to secure the box was open allowing me to put my hand inside. Package was crushed in several places and a couple of the cartridge boxes were also crushed....

Total disappointment with what should have been routine maintenance
Total disappointment. I've used HP ink for decades, no problem. But this time, I loaded the new cartridge and got a "low ink" signal, even worse than the almost empty cartridge I replaced. The printer refused to print. Quality control missed this one.
