Rated 2 out of 5 by not a republican from Cheap plastic in important places Cheap plastic in important places, like the paper tray and where the printed paper comes out. These can get hung up on one another. The set-up would appear to be simple until you get to the ethernet message that states you can't just plug in a connect from your computer, but have to have internet first. I never could figure that out. The wireless works, but good luck connecting. Let's face it: you're only paying $144 or so. You get that sort of quality. And I agree that the help desk reminds me of Meg Whitman's (remember her) remark (I'm paraphrasing here: the definition of crazy is the 10,000 times you try to remedy why your machine isn't printing.
