I do not have wi-fi, router, or bluetooth - will this worl without them

Yes, this HP 330 Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Combination does not use a WiFi connection. This uses a wireless USB dongle(included in the box) for communication between the mouse/keyboard and the host PC.

How does the battery LED work on the keyboard? Is it supposed to show a color based on battery life? Mine is unlit at all times.

Thank you for your question! The LED light is for charging status. While you are charging your keyboard the LED will be in an amber/orange state. When charged it will be lit green so you know to stop charging.
