Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Sound Quality, Easy Setup and Just Works! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poly Sync 60 embodies high quality in every manner. It is incredibly convenient to use its Bluetooth capabilities to effortlessly switch between cell phone and laptop use. I enjoyed using the Poly Sync 60 for daily meetings with on Microsoft Teams and phone calls. Many of my co-workers and clients noticed that the quality of voices has improved and are extremely clear regardless of where they are at in the conference room. The speaker was easily set up in several minutes and just worked. It included a high-quality cable to connect the computer directly to it, but Bluetooth is working fantastically. The speaker looks great and has an indicator light along the bottom of the long edges to show if the mic is muted or connected. The fabric on top is a nice touch and even the plastic on the base looks great. I was hopeful this would be a good solution and it has proven to be the right choice for our meeting room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, a professional experience [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been integral in improving my multi team syncs. I've been using this daily for a few weeks and have no major complaints. I'm able to easily have calls in my office with 4 to 6 people in the room easily being able to not just hear the call, but easily and most importantly clearly communicate when needed. I have multi team syncs of up to 50 people at a time and we've been just using a Cisco phone on speaker for years when doing these calls. This has been an absolute game changer. If you're frequently in calls/syncs where you have multiple people around you all needing to participate I couldn't recommend this enough!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best conference speaker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impressions with the Poly 60 are all 100% positive. The speaker has the best sound with the right amount of low audio frequency that doesn’t sound deep or muddy, the audio is up there with some of the best speakers out there and I use it for work. It’s Microsoft Teams certified making it easy to take, end and join calls with. My peers where able to hear it from across the room and able to speak without talking loud, the individuals on the call heard everyone clear. The added USB ports are a plus and it’s small enough to not feel tiny and big enough to not overtake your workspace. Highly recommend this speakerphone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for conference calls! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A sleek looking unit, and the sound quality is pretty darn good. I actually using it to game with and do live chat with it. It works flawlessly! Picks up my voice audio without any issues while playing a third person shooter. At least nobody that I was playing games with has complained about it! I know it is not what is it intended for, but I figured I wanted to put it through the paces before I had to use it for actual work. However, I did run into a few issues with it out of the box. The original cable that the unit came with was a USB C to a USB Type A (USB 3.0, so it has a blue tip) that included an attached USB Type A to C adapter. One would think that oh it’s just an adapter for my USB plug and nothing could go wrong? I plugged in an external USB 3.0 webcam into the back of the Poly device and it did not acknowledge the device? I may have just received a bad USB cable? So, I had to get a third-party USB C cable, I ended up using a USB C to USB C cable to run from my computer to the Poly device and by magic *Boom* everything worked (no cable with a USB adapter). It was probably just a bad cable, or a bad USB tip adapter. More about this device! It does a great job for conference calls using whatever you prefer to use for office teleconferences, they all work well with it. And the voice pick up allows several people to sit around the table and talk to participate without feeling like they have to yell at the device in the middle of the table. So that definitely ticked the box. The setup is pretty easy, mostly plug n'play meaning just plug it into power and blu-tooth sync with your device and viola, you are up and running. However, if you want to plug into a device with USB C it still required a blu-tooth connection. So that makes is tough if you do have a device that supports blu-tooth. The sound quality is great, crystal clear, and can get loud if need be! The volume controls are all touch buttons with a nicely located MUTE button.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An incredibly convenient and simple audio solution [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ease of PC setup - I removed the Sync 60 from the packaging, plugged it into power, and connected it to my PC via the included USB-C to USB-A cable (which does come with a USB-A to -C adapter as well). Immediately, I was able to select the Sync 60 as my default communication device in sound settings, and use it for Zoom calls. Ease of phone setup - I long-pressed the Bluetooth symbol on the Sync 60, and was able to pair my phone. Once paired, the next incoming call rang on the device, and pressing the green phone icon answered - I never had to pick up my phone after it was paired. Controls - the controls on the Sync 60 are high-quality touch-sensitive controls which feel great to use. The control surface does show finger oils a bit in the right light, but you can (and should) wipe this area during the course of standard disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces. Appearance - Because the Sync 60 is a bluetooth or cabled audio device, it isn't a standalone phone, and the resulting absence of a clunky number pad grants it a sleek, understated elegance that fits very well into most conference rooms or offices. Audio quality (voice) - Voice quality is absolutely superb. The low sound quality of a standard phone speaker is simply a victim of its size; the Sync 60 is an incredible improvement in comparison, especially if you’re used to taking calls on your cell’s speakerphone. I’ve had comments on how much more clarity my voice has to folks on the other end, as well. Audio quality (music) - The relatively high quality of music audio came as a surprise to me, as I wasn’t expecting a strong performance on music quality in a device of this nature. Definitely pleased with this. My experience summarized - So far, I’ve used the Poly in two locations; my home office, and in a small conference room in my company’s office which lacks its own audio solution. In both scenarios, the Sync 60 was a massive improvement over my standard approach of taking a phone call via cell speakerphone, and the relative ease of setup (plug in the power cable and connect via bluetooth) means the Sync 60 can pull this sort of double-duty as a robust & portable conference call solution without much effort.

I'm a recruiter and use this on my desk daily when I talk to both clients and candidates. I'm told it's clear sounding and sounds great on my end. Also a speaker for my podcasts in between calls. I have it connected to both my mobile phone and to my PC as I use a softphone through my PC for my business phone line. I had no issues with a 2 minute setup, it connected via Bluetooth to my phone very easily, and works like a charm. It has a mute button and volume up and down, and also a stop/play button that I use for my podcasts. While on calls, I asked both a client and a friend how it sounds and they said it's completely clear. Slight echo or sounds as if I'm in an empty room, but was told it sounded good despite that. I'm in! Love this thing. It's also nice looking and doesn't take up much space.

I work from home and use this for my MS Teams calls and for all my sound from my computer. Calls sound crisp and people say I sound very clear. Very easy setup through the Poly Lens software. Music sounds great, great highs and bass is amazing for such a small device. Device is very slim and sleek. The one button mute option is great for conference calls. Over all great product. Highly recommend.
