I am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT GIVEN BY H
I placed this order to begin setting up an HP LaserJet Pro 4001dw Wireless Black & White Printer, Best-for-Office (2Z601F), which had broken and was replaced with a refurbished one. I had a subscription with Instant Ink, but the HP 148A Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge from the subscription didn't fit the one I received. Finally, I bought it, and in the end, I can no longer add this printer I received to my HP Instant Ink subscription. I want the amount paid to be refunded and my subscription to be properly configured so I can continue using and receiving the HP 148A Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge for the service I had with HP. In any case, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT GIVEN BY HP AND WITH THIS REFURBISHED PRINTER.

It's toner, it does what it's supposed to do.
Really not much you can say about this. If the printer runs out of toner and stops printing, you swap out the old cartridge with the new one, and it starts printing again.

Disappointed
The printer is less than three months old and now when copies are printed it appears as though there is black speckled on the sheets that come out of the printer. I have never had this before from any printer whether it is HP, Epson or even the IBM printers of old. I am surprised, puzzled and disappointed
