Is this a color printer, or basic black and white?
Is there a manual reset on the machine? The company i work for purchased 5 of these and all but 1 works. the one in question is stuck on a pairing code loop and it won't let me try to put it on a network or connect it via usb.
Does this printer do auto DUPLEX SCANNING. I have bought several machines based on misinformation about this feature.
Does it have an auto document feeder? What is the size of the flatbed?
Does this printer connect through WiFi and can it print 11x17
