Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Difficult Installation Experience Getting an installation appointment was difficult. First you have to work with the Small Medium Business (SMB) Inbound Sales and the Care Pack Registration Team to register the printer and, unbeknownst to the SMB Inbound Salesperson, also register an "Installation Care Pack" which apparently only the SMB Inbound Sales can arrange, so it was a lengthy back and forth process. Once SMB Inbound Sales notifies you that you have an "Installation Care Pack" you must then call HP Services to schedule an installation appointment. However, rather than scheduling an appointment, you are told that the installation technician will contact you, but when I was not contacted, I had to call HP Services again. So, my new printer components sat for 21 days before an installer came. The first installer, Walter, had double hip replacements and could not lift the printer. He said that HP Services did not disclose the printer model to him. The second installer, Eric, did not network it correctly. Thank goodness the third installer, Jude, was intelligent and knowledgeable and networked it correctly. Jude was awesome.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RMDM from VEry Poor Delivery The delivery of the printer was supposed to be white glove, delivered into my home office. Instead a FedEx Freight delivery truck showed up and the guy would not drive up my very and wide driveway to deliver the printer. He wanted to leave my new 250 lb. printer on the road below my home--out in the rain! I had to refuse it and now am waiting for HP to decide how to get the printer delivered to me. What a joke.

Rated 1 out of 5 by marsh100 from poor customer service Buying equipment from HP was absolutely painful. Extremely poor customer service, not knowing what is next and process and they leave you with no direction. It's been more than 2 weeks I purchased it, more than 3 days very expensive printer and fax machine (the best they offered) sitting in the box at the front of my office. Needed to be registered (which they should have done it when they send it to me) installer hasn't even notified as the equipment is not registered. Pretty much I have to chase them to finish the purchase, despite of paying for all the cost.
