Print like a pro

Use the HP ENVY photo 6255 to create stunning color images that look professionally printed. The printer supports a high resolution of 1200 x 1200 dots per image (dpi) when you’re printing in black, and a whopping 4800 x 1200 when you’re printing in color. A wide variety of media sizes and types are supported so you can print anything from brochures to envelopes to beautiful glossy photographs.

Create professional handouts for your business or print your favorite family photos to hang in your home. This printer is versatile enough to handle any printing task, and you can print up to 1,000 pages per month without issue.

Simple setup

The HP ENVY makes it easy to perform any task at your desired settings. Just use the color touch screen display to cycle through your print, scan, and copy settings, and use the display to set up your WiFi connection in just minutes.

With HP ePrint, you’re able to print on your HP ENVY even when you’re miles away from it. HP ePrint uses a simple, cloud-based mobile connection so you can print from your laptop, smart phone, or tablet while you’re on-the-go. All you have to do is send an email to your printer’s designated HP ePrint address, and attach the document or image that you want to print to the email.

As long as your device has a WiFi connection, you’ll have mobile printing access even when you’re far from home. HP ePrint makes it easy to print photos from social media or from your smart phone’s camera roll.

Mobile printing on HP ENVY is also available through Apple AirPrint™ and Mopria™.

Orders ink for you

It’s always frustrating when you run out of ink, especially when you have to print a document right before an important business meeting or college exam. But when you sign up for HP Instant Ink, you never have to worry about running out of ink again. Your HP ENVY printer is programmed to automatically monitor your ink cartridge levels. When you use HP Instant Ink, your printer will alert HP when one of your ink levels gets too low, and we’ll send a new ink cartridge straight to your doorstep. Nearly all HP printers for home use are ready-made for HP Instant Ink.

We’ll also recycle your used cartridges for you, free of charge, through our HP Planet Partners program. Help us meet our goal of recycling 1.2 million tons of hardware by 2025.
