HP replaced my lost and stolen toners for me.
I enjoy HP laser jet printer over 12 years. The other day, I ordered color and black toners. They delivered them on the next day with their expense. However, they were stolen from my front door. I reported to police and to HP lost and stolen department. HP replaced the toners for me. They make nice products and I appreciate for wonderful customer service.

I purchased replacement toner cartridges on HP site for my printer directly from my HP printer. I was sent the wrong cartridges they were delivered in the rain and the cardboard box was soaking wet. I had to order the correct cartridges from a different supplier. Naturally they are not HP cartridges.

I'm an HP Fan For Life
HP makes it easy to maintain my LaserJet printer. I wouldn't have it any other way and I will always be an HP fan. To me there is no other printer; there never was and there never will be. I've been a fan of HP printers since 1988, any other brand is junk, or over-priced, or over-priced junk. Ordering the proper cartridges takes less than 5 minutes of my valuable time and delivery is always lightning fast. I can't ask for anything more. #ThanksAMillionHP

OEM parts work best !!
I've had this CP1025NW color printer several years, just coming up on time to change image drum ( < 20% now). I've learned the EZ way (making mistakes) to use OEM parts and products to keep a good printer working good!
I really like this printer - I make personalized birthday cards for all my grandkids & this thing does a great job! And the laser color print won't bleed or run if it gets wet, that's important!

I only use OEM toner in my laser printers - I get great printing & works good!
I have used aftermarket no-name toners before, got mediocre prints & it ruined the drum & printer = cost me a new printer. I won't make that mistake again - stick with what works & that works good !!
