It takes forever to actually start from cold, then there's a host of problems with the printing itself, starting with A3 paper size not appearing in the print menu. One solution in the HP forums was to install a "generic" driver for a different printer. Well, there no need to do that because the printer is now stuck in reboot loop. Good riddance!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bear1 from Very good printer and scanner. This printer does what it says on the tin (so to speak.) However, there is a problem with this printer, namely the: PRINT HEADS. They wear out quickly and CANNOT be replaced! "Not good!!!! Also, the inks are very expensive" This is a shame, as this is a very good printer. This is my second one. I only got this because of the very good quality printing and scanning and price of the printer. It's a bit big for some people but I like the A5 ability. So to HP, sort out these PRINT HEAD problems and reduce the price of the inks for this product or you could lose a customer. Which would be a shame, as I only use HP products. Thank you. A Customer.

Overall delivery experience was fantastic I have only had the All in One a fgew days but it seems to work well and is very flexible to use. Only time will tell if this is continues.

A print head error will pop-up after about 2 years use, and can not be solved as the print heads are not replaceable... The only reason I have stuck with this printer is they are fairly cheap, and often come with a cash back offer... So to replace (especially as you get some ink cartridges with it) isn't too much of a problem

for some reason, I cannot locate the power button to turn on the printer. Where is is located.

Hello. Thanks for your question. We recommend looking at 2d of the setup poster for this HP Officejet Pro 7612 printer. The power button is on the right-hand side of the paper tray towards the right edge of the printer. Hi,..maybe you can help....the machine just stopped after it said "machine is busy" the note then said, " there was an error and press ok". I pressed OK and the machine shut off and won't start...please advise HP OFFICE JET 7612 WIDE FORMAT E ALL IN ONE
