Damaged, stained and ripped sheets of paper
The package came torn and damaged. The sheets of paper were ripped, dirty, stained and damaged. The whole package was ripped and damaged. I didn’t call the costumer service and request the replacement because I didn’t want to deal with it and I got it on the sale. Just toss out the damaged sheets. Also the delivery took a really long time 3-4 weeks.

what does "20 lb" mean in the description for paper? Does 500 sheets weigh 20 lbs?

If your printer shows that it recommends paper weight from 16 to 24lb, then this would be within the recommended range.

HP MultiPurpose 20 (115100, HPM115R) seems to be jamming in two of my HP OfficeJet printers. This is a recent with two of your boxes of paper purchased thru Costco. I cleaned the rollers but it seems to still be happening.
