Great Ink-High Price
The ink is great. The price not so much. Can’t use off-brand or printer eventually recognizes it and locks up, forcing the HP purchase to print. That feels wrong especially when it’s 2x’s the cost. Not cool HP.

Why do I need a name? from
HP’s ink cartridge shipping is unreliable
My first ink cartridge order (HP shipped via DHL) took 2 weeks to get delivered and not the 3-5 days as advertised. My second cartridge order was lost by DHL and I never got the cartridge delivered at all. I will no longer order ink cartridges from HP.

Received WRONG ink cartridge
For many years, I have ordered only HP ink cartridges online for my HP Office Jet Pro 6978. The convenience of ordering online with free shipping has been super convenient. My order on Sept. 30, 2025 I ordered 902 Highy-yield black ink cartridge online; on Oct. 24, 2025, I was sent 962 ink cartridge. The wrong cartridge. But Courtney through Chat online corrected the issue. And another HP employee over the phone sent me the FedEx label free shipping return label to me. So the problem was resolved. I'm awaiting a credit of $69.91 for the incorrect cartridge that I sent back to HP when HP receives it.
