I ordered this mouse on September 2, 2024. I have still not received this item. HP is difficult to reach for assistance and the automated system is terrible. I participated in a chat help and was supposed to get back to me within 2 business days. 2 weeks later, still had not heard from them. I was switched from customer service to sales and back to customer service when I actually spoke to someone. Customer support told me it was supposed to come yesterday 10.3.2024 and was not delivered. When I finally got a working tracking number, this mouse has been to California, Ohio, Wisconsin, KY, and I live in Ohio.

only issue with the new mouse which was purchased along with a new laptop is that every so often the blue tooth connection is lost, no rhyme or reason have been found by me yet. Other than that all is good with mouse and laptop.
