Defective Device, Worse Customer Service
Absolute trash device. Purchased to replace a Pavillion 360 I used for several years. Touchpad has been defective since day 1 and HP has refused to remedy the issue for months. The only option I have available is to send the computer to an offsite location for repair, and HP will not issue a temporary replacement until they have received this device, thus leaving me (a graduate student) without a computer for an undisclosed period of time. I was initially told I could take the computer to Best Buy for repair only to be told later that doing so would void my warranty. I feel like I have been scammed and here I am 9 months later without a functional computer. Worst customer service experience of my life. Stay far away.

I don't like this computer. My biggest complaint is it's unable to perform basic functions like internet browsing and playing videos without long pauses and buffering issues. A speed test on my internet just showed 157.3 Mbps download / 10.8 upload, so the issue isn't my internet. Other computers function on the internet exactly as you would expect at those speeds. Something is wrong with this computers processing power. When you try to watch videos the CPU % and Memory % in the Task Manager (or Lasso) show massive spikes and the computer just grinds to a halt. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox, so I don't think it is a browser issue. I would not recommend this computer.

Heavy, but it checks all of my boxes!
Pros:
- Full-sized, backlight keyboard with the number pad
- Touchscreen (don't care much about it turning into a tablet, but touchscreen was something I required)
- Battery life is decent, and I haven't had any issues with the i5 processor.
Cons:
- Laptop weight (it's a big boy!)
I was on the hunt with a very specific list of requirements for a new laptop to replace my older model pavilion. While this one was only a i5 v my older i7, it did meet all my other requirements. After about a month, I have no complaints and I'm happy with my purchase. If this one lasts as long as my old one, I'll continue to purchase HP laptops over other brands.

Great 2-in-1 device. Needs keyboard updates.
The laptop works well and I love the 2-in-1 features. However, the silver keyboard is very difficult to see, even with the backlit keyboard. I purchased a black keyboard overlay, but it blocks some of the backlit feature. This is an important aspect of the functioning of the computer. There's also no light to display the on/off feature of the numbers lock key.

Not a great version of the Pavilion 360
I had a previous model year of this computer (that works great but the battery failed and I couldn't replace it). I loved that computer, but don't love the changes they made to the model. First, the way it converts is awkward. Secondly, you have to have it in the "normal" position to turn it on which is annoying. I also hate Windows 11, but that's not HP's fault.

Very disappointing! I’m so upset.
The laptop is probably great. However, I wouldn’t know since I never received my delivery! I’m not sure why HP would ship such an expensive product and not confirm address, request signature upon delivery, or even insure the delivery! I’ve been given the run around and still no laptop and no refund.

operating system shot upon receiving.
This computer ended up being defunk. Support informed me that the operating system was shot. I never even got to do anything with it. I was told to send back for new replacement, which I did. You received the bad one back on December 22 but have yet to send out the new replacement.

Easy start up.
Was super easy to start up. Love the transfer of all files from my desktop. Made everything go super fast. Only issue I had was it downloaded all the files plus that I had on my desktop. I think I told it the wrong thing. Ha. But overall was great.

I am very happy!
So far my new HP laptop is working great. The setup was so easy and seamless. I replaced my old HP laptop with the newest version, so I feel very comfortable with it. The salesman was very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that he sold me the transfer program, which turned out to be unnecessary. Microsoft transferred all my documents and apps to the new laptop and it was quick too. When I requested to return the transfer program, I received the return Fedex shipping label promptly and I was able to drop it off at my local Officemax. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and with the service I received in the sales process as well as the return.

Seems to be a good machine.
This seems like a fine laptop. I got it almost concurrently with my fiber optic internet, so I can't really say how fast it is, but it sure seems quick. I customized it slightly. I wish I had added fingerprint recognition and maybe facial recognition, but still think I made a good purchase.

Nice Replacement for my old HP Envy.
This Pavilion x360 Convertible Touch screen laptop is replacing my HP Envy touch screen convertible laptop which failed due to a battery issue which lead to failure to boot. Ordering was simple but tracking the delivery was insane. Fed ex lost the first order and finally after weeks of phone calls and frustration a replacement Oder was sent by HP. I love the ease of use and set up of this product. I did purchase the extended Care Pack 3 yr warranty which I probably won’t use because HP is a great product and wouldn’t buy another brand, after all we’re creatures of habit. Don’t hesitate to buy this laptop. You’ll love it.

I have this 5 starts but it’s really like 4.5. The .5 I’d deduct for are very small details and possibly more of a preference than necessity. The camera does not have a built in shutter for privacy and any off-market brand you buy isn’t narrow enough to only cover the camera so you lose out on screen visibility. Also even though the pen is magnetic, it’s not a very strong hold and the likely hood of you losing it eventually, is high. Last issue is less of a preference and is actually technical but could also be user error as I’m still getting accustomed. But when in tablet mode, if you allow the screen to rest/lock you have to fold it back to unlock it and then flip it again. That’s really annoying. All in all, I’m definitely happy with my purchase and all the system features themselves are great.

Good size and speed, versatile
For the most part we are using this unit as a laptop, it is nice that it has a touch screen. My boyfriend likes the fingerprint recognition because he always has trouble remembering his passwords. A good purchase to replace an older Dell with Windows 10 that was SUPER SLOW!! Glad to have this upgrade.
