I love everything about this Laptop!
I used to have the HP envy 360 2-in-1 laptop with the 10-key keypad but unfortunately they no longer make them with the 10-key keypad. However, when I found this model I was so relieved/excited to get it! Since receiving this laptop I love all the features and how sleek the software looks when you first log in. It’s everything I needed and wanted! Highly recommend for those in college that have a business related degree and need the 10-key keypad for assignments or even just for personal use with gaming(light games that are easy to run)
I am very satisfied with this purchase!! Thank you HP, keep making this model with the keypad feature!!

HORRIBLE GRAPHICS
Graphics look extremely blurry no matter what program I am using. When I plug in my Bluetooth mouse into the port it doesn’t work. Worst computer I’ve ever owned.

Happy so far

Looking for a lightweight workhorse?
Looking for a lightweight workhorse? The HP Pavilion x360 Convertible - 15t-dw400, 14" laptop is Reliable, Fast, and Versatile. For 5 years it's been used almost daily for both work and personal functions. As I'm using it more for business, I'm happy to find that it easily connects to Acer monitors and other popular brands. Five stars for this beauty! The only thing I would recommend changing would be the placement of the power button. It's awkwardly placed in the middle of the keyboard's edge, which is also a natural place to grab the device to move it, which unfortunately results in accidentally hitting the power button when trying to move the laptop.

A fine machine in most respects.
This machine is fine for surfing the web, editing Word docs and the like.
My only complaint has to do with the keyboard:
There is not enough color contrast between the letters and the surrounding key, making it difficult to see in inadequate light.
Secondly the keys are rather flat, which make it more difficult to keep your (my) fingers over the middle of the keys.
Finally the key backlighting brightness is inadequate, given the lack of contrast i mentioned earlier.

This is a pretty bad laptop. I've owned mine for about a year. Structurally it is flimsy. The touchpad had to be replaced about 4 months after purchase. The battery is dying and only last about 2-3 hours with minimal usage (review school PowerPoints/ writing school papers. Not streaming movies/music). There is significant glare from the screen, my HP pen is very rudimentary with the touchscreen and the writing quality is poor.
The screen hinges are flimsy and the screen bounces when trying to write on it if you are not in the tablet position. Sometimes when writing in a PDF, the computer will jump down to the end of the PDF file. Super odd.
A friend has a Dell Surface and I have used it. Will be buying that. This HP purchase has been a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

Inadequate set-up is impossible!
Why is it so time-consuming (not to mention way too many re-starts!) to set up a new laptop! Surely, after more than 40-50 years of making computers, a program can be developed to make it much easier to set up a new piece of equipment. If my son-in-law were not available, I would never get a new one!! As it is, I still can't use the new one, as I can't transfer my older Quicken program to the new laptop -- it doesn't accept a disc! BAD!!

Functional but wouldn't purchase again
The computer is sleek and light weight. The mouse pad jammed within a few days of opening, and I had to click really hard to un-jam it. The screen resolution/brightness makes it difficult to read. The idea resolution is actually the size of my 11-inch comp. I feel like words are difficult to read and vibrate on the screen unless in dark mode, or zoomed in. Text looks grainy to me and not crisp or clear.

This is the second laptop I have purchased from the HP web site. As before, they offer a great value, allow for customization, well packaged, and scheduled delivery as promised. All backed up by a great warranty, and their reputation for great products and services.
I purchased this laptop for my grandson as he goes off to college later this year. The other that I purchased was for his sister who started college last year. Both have expressed their delight with performance and convenience of their laptops. These were not surprise gifts, as I involved them in the process of model selection and the customization of each. We talked through their needs and ideas to ensure the selection was just right for them.
Two grandchildren equipped, and three more to go. They will all be from HP.

HP Demands Payment to Transfer your Data from your old HP computer to your new HP computer
Computer operates as advertised but transition assistance from old HP computer was not provided. There were no instructions on how to transfer data. As HP technical assistance was shut down for the weekend, had to wait until Monday to get help. Learned help was available to help me transfer my data but it would cost me additional $50. I declined. This is extreamly shabby treatment to what has been a repeat HP buyer. Will never by HP again.

So far, the Officejet Pro 9015e works well. We needed a printer that enlarges and shrinks documents to fit into other documents. This printer does this, as well as traditional printing.

Bad resolution
I customized this laptop so that it met the same standards of my previous HP Envy x360 Convertible laptop. The resolution is terrible. It was a lot heavier than I expected it to be. Had I used this computer and tried using the system itself, it might have performed well, but I was not thrilled that I spent the time waiting for a newly customized order when I could have spent more time researching.

Stock screen is horrible…….wish i would have upgraded, I recommend anyone looking to purchase this model to go for the better screen. Also opaque white letters (lighted keyboard) on silver keys are very hard to see during the day unless your looking straight down at them…..any angle at all and (just like the screen) they disappear! Functions as it should and have no problems with speed so far.
All in all rather disappointing…….my 5+ yr old HP bottom line chromebook has a better looking touch screen!

A helpful laptop.
I love this laptop very much. Because it is 360 convertible, so I can fold it and write on the screen easily, I use Wacom for writing on computer. Now I have this one. I am super happy . It is very convenient. Another thing, this laptop has ssd hard drive so it is very fast. I just care about two things: fast and convenient for my work. This laptop meets my requirements.

This laptop is great! (Highly recommend a screen protector, you can find one on Amazon) Full disclosure, I do enjoy the Tilt 2.0 pen, however there is some lag to it sometimes. It is not as smooth as an Apple pencil, in my opinion....allegedly. (I could be doing something wrong and not know it, so keep in mind that grain of salt)

Battery doesn't last long at all. I have had it last the most 3 hours before having to recharge it. Mouse pad is hard to press on. Screen is clear and easy to use as a touch screen. Backlit keyboard is very bright and easy to see when using computer at night. Speaker is on bottom of computer which makes it hard to hear if you have the computer flat on a surface. It is a good basic computer for someone who just surfs the internet and does basic computing work.

Everything I need and wanted.
This convertible laptop is perfect. It has everything I needed and wanted from the backlit keyboard to the touchscreen and tablet mode. It's fast, responsive, boots almost instantly, and is extremely lightweight. The battery lasts forever. The first night I had it, my daughter and I watched a movie on it without it plugged in and I was still able to work on it for several hours afterwards.
It took me only a few hours to get it set up with all the apps I had on my old laptop. Windows 11 made moving my preferences and settings a snap - I literally just chose to copy everything from my old laptop's backup.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
