Good performing value PC
This has all you need for a good performing non-gaming PC: 256 GB boot SSD, 1 TB standard hard drive for data (you do have to move the Windows User data files here yourself; look up how to do that), 8 GB RAM (upgradeable to 32 GB), a solid performing Ryzen 3 4th Gen CPU, a DVD burner, Gigabit Ethernet, AC WiFi, Bluetooth 5, both VGA and HDMI on board, plenty of front USB ports, and even an SD/XD card reader for your camera. It would do well as a home PC, a student's PC, a secretary's PC, or even an administrator's desktop PC. I would recommend this to anybody for those purposes, including friends or family. HP has done well here.

Good PC - Easy Win 11 upgrade - Lacks dual monitor
I am use to a PC that supports dual monitor (extended mode) out of the box, so that is my only real complaint about this one. Also, based on how it was advertised I thought it came with Windows 11 installed, it did not. It came with Windows 10, however during the initial set-up process it automatically gave you the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 11, which was effortless. After trying several external dock options unsuccessfully to support dual monitor (extended mode), I went the easy route and installed a basic HP approved graphics card. We don't use it for streaming or other heavy content so I cannot speak to it's overall power, however, for a general daily use PC it is very fast.

Solid Desktop PC
We have had the HP Pavillion for several months now and regard it as a great desktop for the money. The cpu is fast and stable with good extras from HP that help you fix problems quickly. We upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and had no installation problems at all.

Decent PC but like the lottery to get best deal
Decent PC so far. For some reason, the warranty start date when setting up the computer was 5 weeks before my purchase date. Also, read the fine print on the price protection policy. Lots of fine print to get out of honoring it. And don’t take to long to make your purchase decision as they have no problem raising the price after you put the product in your cart.

potentially a great buy
I have a major problem with this implementation of a general computer solution for my home office machine.
This is the fourth or fifth computer I have bought from HP, and they have all been completely satisfactory. Until now…
Previously, I was used to using the monitor ports (there were two on allthe onesI had had before now).
HP saw fit to build this computer with a single set of outputs. I have two monitors, one of which is now residing upon the floor behind my desk.
Stupid, stupid, stupid…
HP and I have parted ways.
My next computer will be some other brand.
It will also be purchased far sooner than I had planned, because I want my two monitors. There is no satisfactory way to add my second monitor to the current setup.

Family Workhorse
I wanted to get a PC that is relatively cheap but has enough computing power to function as a home office workhorse while at the same time, allow my 9 year old grand-daughter to use it for school work and online gaming. It provides enough speed and functionality that serves all aspects of our family needs. I also use it to stream movies from time to time. Works like a charm!

Excellent value
Needed a new HP computer after 6 years but didn't want to break the bank. Was checking out the HP email I get about their sales, and ran across this desktop. It was $150 off and packed with the features I was looking for: more and faster USB ports, faster processor, and more storage. Plus it was nice looking and smaller that my previous desktop. It was easy to setup and operational in no time. I can't believe how fast it boots up! 10 to 15 seconds after you press the power button and your desktop and icons are there. It's also completely quiet. The AMD Ryzen processor is very fast and I will probably never go back to Intel. The desktop has surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend.

Quick everyday system
Not a heavy user but speed is nice and not as much bloatware as the previous one I had from hp.
DVD writer is a bit flimsy and works better with third-party burner than with the native one.

Expandable, upgradeable, what's not to love!
This is my second HP Pavilion purchase and I am absolutely enthralled with it. The sleek design, the quiet drives, the super fast CPU, it preforms above my expectations. I already upgraded the memory to 32 GB and run 4 Hyper-V vm's, can code, run multiple office apps and use AWS with no lag, no slowness. Its a great hardware footprint and comes with a great software suite to compliment the platform.

I cannot stress how GREAT it is to own this Desktop PC! I used a laptop {rederbished} for 4 years. I was fed up after my whole home system got a "Trojan Horse malware" and nothing worked right after. So, I went direct to HP and bought this PC! I WANT the world to KNOW that this is the FINEST PC anyone could own and use! BOY! Click and instantly "You're THERE"! Its performance is better than all available {Pricy, but WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!} Must buy a speaker.

Nice computer out of box.
Was hoping to be able to upgrade the PCs hit for light gaming. HP makes it right impossible to change PCU or even find a GPU that works. So I stripped the CPU out, and put it in a custom build I broke down and made. Now the HP just sits around for scraps. Only thing that I took out if it was CPU

The set up was quite easy. The computer is so much faster than our previous one that we were amazed. I am a little disappointed that I will not be able to add a video card in the future, but so far the graphics are acceptable when we run the most recent Photoshop.

This AMD-powered PC is snappy
This computer bundle provides snappy performance from a name brand manufacturer at a value price. I use it for general work: internet, email, spreadsheets, simple databases, and presentations. The AMD CPU has been running very well. I'm very pleased.

Great Desktop!
My sister gave me a lenovo ideapad laptop 7+ years ago and it was finally time to upgrade. She let me borrow her Mac while I looked for a new computer. I wanted something that was faster so I could play my games without them freezing/getting glitchy. I searched for well over a year looking at various brands/specs and pricing. I couldn't afford to get a top of the line gaming setup when I saw an HP sale and looked at the specs and realized how closely they compared to "gaming computers". I loved the storage and other specs and the price was right with their sale back in March. I purchased the HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1065Z and I have not been disappointed. Set up was a breeze, it is lightning fast, my games don't freeze anymore. It has plenty of storage space. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Almost got 5 stars!
I've purchased many HP computers. In the last few years I had gained the confidence to build my own, having upgraded a few of those HP computers. Finding the Pavilion Desktop at a very good price and already having two hard drives I decided to be lazy this time. Received the computer sooner than expected so no complaint there. This time around I used LapLink PCMover to transfer things from the old desktop that is were things went from a 5 star to a 4 star. The SSD harddrive dedicated for the OS turned out to be the C: drive and like any program PCMover wanted to transfer all my stuff to the C: drive. I tried to switch the two drives but the C: drive is locked so that I can't. Everything wants to go to the C: drive, I click on the Documents in File Explorer, yup it goes to the C: drive. I really don't have the time to change everything over to the D: drive right now. In the past HP would partition the harddrive and make that smaller area the D: or even E: drive for the OS. Only other thing is that to get the CD drive to work I had to turn the desktop on its side taking up more real estate on my desk than I would like.

Total Waste of Money!
I received this desktop on 3/30/21 and to date have been unable use it. It will not allow me to load any programs to it. I am unable to access software that was available on Windows 10 when I purchased my laptop 4 years ago. This is a complete waste of money. All you do it want to sell me a new version of software I already have. The audio also doesn't work. I would like instructions on how to return this unit.

Bought HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1055m and 2 HP X27qc QHD Gaming Monitors for dual monitors and the one I connected through the VGA with a VGA to HDMI adapter it will default to 1920x1440 resolution and not the monitors resolution of 2560x1440.

Can you move the parts to a new gaming case
