Laptop is awful and customer service is even worse.
I would give it zero stars if possible.
I also give HP customer service 0 stars as well - what a disaster. All they want to do is upsell you on "extra" warranty plans eve before the original warranty runs out. It takes forever to get to tech support, and they don't know the products or services they are supposed to be supporting. When they put you on hold, expect them to hang up the call leaving you to start again from the beginning and wait an hour or more to get help. HP used to be good, but not anymore. Avoid HP at all costs.

Does it have a numeric keyboard?
Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP Pavilion Plus Laptop 14-ey0047nr does not come with a dedicated numeric keyboard. However, you can use an external USB or wireless keyboard or numeric keypad with this laptop.

Is this a touch screen? Can I use a wireless keyboard and mouse? Will it connect to an external monitor? Will it connect to a wireless printer via wifi?
Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Pavilion Plus Laptop does not have a touchscreen. You can use a wireless keyboard and mouse. There is 1 HDMI port for a monitor. You can use a USB C or USB A docking station. You want to be sure the docking station has the video ports, i.e. HDMI, that are on the monitors.
