An old bridge teacher
I teach the game of bridge. I print a lot hand outs for my students in color. The HP products are far superior in quality and especially length of use. In the past i have made the mistake or buying inferior products from Amazon thinking they were actually HP products and to save money. Ordering from HP has actually saved me money. On another note I have a question regarding the HP rewards. Why is the an end date to use the awards? Your toners are expensive, but I may buy it once a year so by the time I order another set of toners my rewards have expired.

Forced to used OEM cartridges
I thought I purchased a printer from HP but I didn't realize I was required to continue their HP print cartridge subscription. It's now California law to make unsubscribing as simple as subscribing. An forced update makes us subscribers to HP print cartridges.

Extremely disappointed in HP business practices. Went on Amazon to buy 4 pack of toner cartridges in Nov 24. Installed blue cartridge which has worked fine. In Apil 25 went to install red and yellow. My printer rejected both. Was told by a tech HP probably installed software on Printer to disable any off brand replacements. I had to throw away 3 cartridges and lost that money. Ultimately bought HP cartridges @ 2x the cost . $100 each! What a scam rip off. Have bought many HP items over the years. Will probably look elsewhere in the future.

My yellow206x just arrived. The box was wet and damaged it was open there is a chemical smell coming from the toner cart. For110.00 I am concerned that the water has damaged it. the cartridge is not quite empty so I believe it must be replaced.
