Easy to out in!!! A happy Change!
When we bought printer we were told the entire ink system was all one unit. To my surprise I found out separate units. Very easy to remove old snd put in new. The old ink jet was a horror show. I did have to do a bit of fiddling with IPad and printer and reseat it a couple times but finally got it to go.

Faulty Cartridge and AI nightmare
I’m purchased the cartridge in ample time to have it ready when the current cartridge ran out. When I went to replace it I kept getting an alignment error And because my printer is out of warranty and I am not subscribed to smart help I kept getting AI that ran me in circles. I finally got a live person in some foreign country who said she was sending me to live support but I ended back up in the AI merry- go-round asking me the same questions and telling me the same information regarding my warranty I already knew/. AI had me separate everything multiple times/ Finally I was able to connect with another live person who was helpful and rant me through a test and putting the old cartridge back in and out to confirm it was a faulty cartridge - this all time me over 2 1/2 hours. HP is sending me a new cartridge, but I needed my printer for work that day. I had to drive to Office Depot and buy one. HP is so inconsiderate of my time - and if I am a customer and buying thr products sane I do not deserve to be caught in their AI disaster. AI may be useful in getting someone to the right department; but behind that as a client and customer I deserve a real person. This issue could have been resolved in less than 30 minutes rather than almost 3 hours. Companies who go this AI route for ease and thinking they are saving costs will in the long term be losers. I was very disappointed in the customer service.

It’s a toner cartridge, it just works unless it doesn’t and I would expect it to be replaced…mine worked and got
My printer going again, works like new again.
The packaging of the cartridge was what it was shipped in and it arrived very smashed, seems like very thin cardboard for shipping, I was surprised that it worked.

There is NO reason for INK to cost 💲 105 !! Printer wireless also doesn’t connect to the internet without having to fully shutdown and restart too! It costs almost $500 just to refill this printer with tax and shipping and printer doesn’t work properly- DO BETTER HP, stop gouging your customers!!!!

Defective Toner Cartridge
I bought a new toner cartridge and spent 2 hours trying to get it to print correctly. It left "anchors" in even intervals on the left side of my paper. All documents! I finally unpackaged my old cartridge, put it back in the printer and everything printed as it should. I spent 2 hours trying to "fix" my documents before realizing it was the new cartridge that was defective. I had to submit for a refund. Sent it back and one week later the HP site still states "initiating refund". So of course, no refund yet! And I couldn't ask for an exchange as they were "out of stock" so I had to purchase from Amazon, spend $140 more dollars while I wait for weeks for my refund from HP.

Worth the Higher Price for Long-Lasting Performance
Although HP printer cartridges are more expensive than non-brand alternatives, they last significantly longer and deliver consistently better print quality. In my experience, I get three to four times more prints compared to non-brand cartridges. Because of this reliability and value over time, I no longer purchase non-brand cartridges.
