Oh so easy!

Buyer beware!
The toner is fine. Unfortunately the Color Laser Jet Pro M283 fdw consumes it like a parched man drinking water. And for some reason, HPs Instant Ink program does not include that printer so there are lots of trip to Staples. If you are a heavy user, find another printer for this toner and keep track of how many pages it is printing.

Toner cartridge does its job but too expensive
HP toner cartridges are good quality, are easy to replace and this order arrived quickly - arrived ahead of estimated time. While it’s unlikely that I would ever use third party cartridges, I still feel that I’m still paying too much.

The poor design of the HP printer renders it useless if any of the four toner cartridges are empty.
This poor design has rendered our printer nothing than a very expensive paperweight.

Double printing of black
When printing something with a lot of black it sometimes double prints the black. This one is not as bad as the one I am replacing though. That one wasn’t even halfway used and I couldn’t take it any longer. Had to replace. Must be a common issue with this cartridge.

When i bought the hp laser printer i was informed the cartridges would give me thousands of printed copies. In less than a year, it gave me a few hundred copies, and then cost me more than half the price of the new computer just to replace the cartridges. I now have only their advertising claim to say if i will get what i paid for. Hp was the last place i looked because they were the most expensive...but the only place that had them quickly available. It remains to be seen if their claims hold up, or i just go back to ink jet

HP is a great company to deal with. My ink came in 2 days. It was the only replacement ink cartridge that I could find online that had what I needed. It was easy to order through their app.

Great product, over priced unfortunately. Going to change out printers instead of spending $400 on ink every three months. Doesn’t matter which one you spend money on? They all cost way too much for a home printer.

HP's use of DHL for delivery is a joke. I'll never buy ink from HP again. Other vendors are available for purchasing Toner. HP says 3 to 5 days for delivery took 2 weeks.

poor interaction between the printer and the cartridge
This is my 2nd HP laser printer. Both printers begin to warn that the laser cartridge is getting seriously low. I go out & purchase a cartridge and then my existing cartridge continues to work fine for months. At the price of cartridges today, this is a rip.

Great product but way too expensive, as are most. The total for all four cartridges was almost as much as a new printer of the same model. Probably next time I will get a new printer instead. Seems like a big waste but... Anyway, the cartridges are easy to install and provide beautiful color. I did appreciate the recycling opportunity with the free UPS return label as well.
