Highly Reliable Solution.
LaserJet cartridges from HP. Been buying for several years. Highly reliable. Have never had a problem. Appreciate opportunity for no added cost rapid shipping. Will continue to buy from HP. Not cheap. Appreciate no cost UPS recycling program. Always do it, but seems like we should get a discount code or similar for doing it.

Good product. Ridiculously Expensive. First Time Problem.
The ink cartridges are what I have to buy to run my HP Laser printer. They are a good product but are ridiculously expensive. For the first time in years and years of using this ink cartridge, having an
issue with the chip. The ink flows but the printer message is its low on ink. Did all the printer resets and troubleshooting. Nothing works to eliminate the message. Very annoying.

STICK WITH THE MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCTS
I have been using HP toner cartridges since I purchased my printer. Recently I purchased an after market set of toner cartridges from a local vendor. Although they did work well, they were not anywhere near the quality of HP. So I went back to HP. I purchased the 3 pack to save a few dollars and glad I did. I am making sports cards of my grandkids who are in high school sports. The HP color is better and makes the cards look professionally made. I am glad I went back to them. I highly recommend using the manufacturer’s toners and nothing of lesser quality.

Hard to beat HP quality, but could on value
The toner shopped promptly and arrived in good fashion. You cannot beat HP toner on quality and color, only price.
While i am no fan of their remaining toner detection as it appears to signal way too soon resulting in reduced cost savings, increased waste, and ultimately loss of value.
HP toner quality is surpurb but priced at a point that gives opportunity to their competitors. HP should do better to bring grester value tovtge consumer.

Wrong Cartridges
These were ordered in error, a RMA issued and rep got a new order placed with the correct items. This was on Dec 19. Jan 6 I get a email that my card was credited and my order was cancelled. Called in to find out what happened but Rep couldn't find the reason for the cancellation so she's kind enough to replace the order, verify that the cartridges are correct and proceed with the process. I'm hoping to receive the order in a few days. I don't understand what happened & I have the transcript that took place on Dec. 19 with me having to pay only the difference of the order since a 3 pk of color is not offered for my printer and had to be ordered individually. I'll be more careful when ordering toner in the future. I hope that this circumstance of cancelling my order is looked into so that it doesn't happen again.

Return Credits??
Always high quality ink! I have purchased from several different suppliers and nothing compares to HP's quality---which is why I have continued to order fromt them for 12 years now. The only thing I'd recommend them start is a points system for returning empty cartridges. Yes, they provide a shipping lable but we spend good money on purchasing their ink cartridges--the least they can do is give us credit for returing them.

Highly Disappointed- Old Toner
I decided to purchase toner directly from HP since all local office supply stores in my area had toner that was more than two years old. One store had toner with a date of 2020. Nevertheless, I placed my tri- color order with HP only to receive a shipment with one of the color cartridges with a manufacturer date of 1/2024 ( will be 2 years old in a couple of months). I had began opening the original package but due to previous bad experience with older cartridges stop working after a few prints, I decided to call and exchange. I called HP asking if they could swap the one cartridge for a newer one dated like the other two ( 5/2025). Was instructed to return the complete package since it was sold as a set. I was told upon receipt of my return they would ship a replacement. After 6 days I received the exact same package I returned. Easily identified because of torn wrap where I began to open.
Called HP back to express frustration as I was now 10 days into this purchase cycle and had an event 2 days away I needed to print. HP advised that they show plenty of inventory in stock but could not ensure dates of merchandise the warehouse would pull to ship. I’m certain they want to get rid of the older items first but, I DO NOT WANT THEM! I was offered option to place another order of individual cartridges rather than the tri-pack. Having already spent $550 on this order which included a black stand alone cartridge, it was not in my budget nor timing to shell out $585 more and hope I did not receive yet more old ink as well as waiting on my refund following the 2nd return. I’m highly disappointed HP would not have better quality control in place. Especially with their history of older cartridges failing when placed in printer. Then support tells you it’s a printer issue when your printer was working fine until you replaced the ink cartridges.
Let’s not discuss the fact, for the cost of replacement cartridges, you can actually buy a brand new printer anyway. Which is what I decided to do and can be up and running same day. Now, I have a perfectly good HP Color Laserjet MFP printer sitting. Only because I have to gamble with finding toner that’s not old and printer identifying it as expired.

OEM for best results
OEM cartridges are the way to go with HP laser jet printers. I have tried other brands that are "compatible" with HP OEM cartridges but always had issues. Save your money and use HP cartridges as they are the most efficient and dependable cartridges around. Quality speaks for itself.

It Works.
The 202a ink set is what I needed for my printer. I've tried some of the suitable subs and was disappointed. Stay with the HP ink if you have an HP printer. Great shipping and includes return shipping for old cartridge. IT WORKS!!!

Horrible ordering experience
When I ordered the toner, i was told it would be to me in 3 days. 7 days later no toner. I called and I was told that it was an issue with FedEx. I cancelled my order and went to Quill and had the toner in 1 day.
Your toner showed up over a month later. thank you but no thank you. I called HP and they told me thank you for calling but it is on us. I will never order toner from HP again.

Dependable and good service
Your printer will say low ink, then it will print about about a “thousand” more pages and then you will run out of ink. When that happens be sure you’re ready with the new cartridges! I don’t trust Amazon but I know if can depend on hp.

Cartridges appear to be after market not new?
Boxes are not the standard black and white colors, but appear to be after market all white boxes. Makes you think the cartridges may be after market and not actually new. The cartridges are ridiculously overpriced. Just the 2 black ink cartridges cost over half of what I paid for the printer when I purchased it new. I also bought the 3 color cartridges so the total cost was more than I paid for the printer.

Boxes Have No Product Mfg Info
Only the Cyan cartridge has "Product of Japan" on it. The Cyan and Magenta cartridges have no product manufacturing info on the boxes. Not sure if this is a "standard" HP product. Haven't tried to use it yet. Hope my HP printer doesn't reject the 2 cartridges with no manufacturing info. Cartridges are ridiculously overpriced. The 3 cartridges cost more than the printer price I paid for it new.
