I have had nothing but good things happen with HP. However, on this item, I have not received it as of yet.. I did a trace on the tracking number and it states that it has been delivered. I have been printing in black only now for a month. NOT HAPPY.

I purchased Magenta Toner for my HP Color Laser Printer from HP. I never received an order confirmation. I never received a shipment notice. After over 3 weeks , I assumed my order was lost and ordered same from Amazon, which I received next day. Several days later I received the Toner from HP in my Mail Box. HP was easy to deal with returning it.

Weak and isolated company, over-charged products, non-existent service
My HP printer does not print the right colors despite my spending a ton of money on new cartridges. HP is the least customer-centrist company I know. They overcharge, provide to much technical info and don't provide any practical help. I intend to buy a new pointer from a company that actually cares about consumers.

I’ve used HP ink and toner for many years. Wish the cost was lower. It has not been a problem installing new cartridges. The old ones you can recycle for free - just put in the box and attach the label they provide. Drop at UPS or leave out for pick up.

After changing the black toner cartridge the first several pages printed were half solid black. I don't know why and it scared me. Fortunately and without reason that stopped. Pages are printing properly now but I am still nervous.

They only want your money !!!!
As soon as I installed this empty cartridge, My magenta then said empty when it wasn't before replacing the yellow one. It had 140 pages left before replacing it. I am so upset
at HP now and will look elsewhere for a friendlier printer to buy after I crush this one. Don't but HP Printer products.
