New Printhead have low ink
I received the printhead right on time. However, one two malfunctions right after install and the remaining printheads show low ink levels right after install.

One of the three print heads was failing right out of the box when I installed it. Not a good show of quality control. After it failed three times to install it finally installed on the fourth try. Carriage assembly print head contacts were cleaned with HP cleaning pad and dried before install. So not sure why they would fail but anyway it was annoying to have to keep reinstalling that one print head before it finally installed. Firmware was good also.Not sure what the problem was.

if i install 1 universal and other 2 normal printhead in HP 1708 plotter then Is it possible?

You would need the HP 731 DesignJet Printhead, P2V27A for your HP DesignJet T1708 Printer.
The printhead is designed to be inserted into any of the available slots. There are two colors per printhead: Cyan, magenta, yellow, gray, photo black, and matte black. Once the printhead is inserted into a specific slot, it will be set up to work only with that combination of colors. For this reason, it is important to mark the printhead with its specific color, on the label that comes with it, matching the color of the carriage slot into which the printhead is to be inserted.

How many ML are in each printhead?
Thank you for your question! The HP 731 DesignJet Printhead and not an ink cartridge. Printheads don't contain measurable ink. They are used in conjunction with an ink cartridge to print with the HP DesignJet Printers.
