[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first started using them, I didn't think I was going to like them at all, but that changed pretty quickly.
I should say that my normal headset is a Voyager Focus 2, which I really like and they are very different from these.
The Voyager 6200 UC were not comfortable at first and I didn't believe I had a good tight seal with the earpieces, but after switching to a different sized inner earpiece, my problem was solved.
Now, this may not be important to some, but I'm a saleperson and I see clients fairly regularly. What I like about the Voyager 6200 UC is that it doesn't sit on my head and smash my hair down. Silly, I know, but it's the truth. The horseshoe sits on my collar and the earpieces are wired up from there. I still have the convenience and freedom of bluetooth, but I don't have the headset sitting on top of my head ruining by hairdo. It is what it is...
The sound is great. It's most definitely not as nice as the Voyager Focus 2, but it gets the job done nicely. I have had no complaints about the microphone quality. I also listen to my podcasts between calls and the sound quality is good enough for me. Again, it's not as crisp sounding as that Voyager Focus 2, but I still like it. When I'm not using it, I leave the horseshoe on my collar and take out the earbuds and it sits nicely and comfortably. If I receive a call in that position, it's easy enough to grab the buds and throw them in my ear to take the call.
I like these a lot and will definitely use them in addition to the Focus 2.
