    If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.

    Didn’t use your Care Pack? Submit the completed rebate form and required documentation5 within 90 days after expiration of the HP Care Pack Service.

Accidental damage is defined as physical damage to the product caused by or resulting from a fortuitous incident. Such incident coverage includes non-internal liquid spills in or on the product, drops, falls, collisions and electrical surge. Accidental Damage Protection does NOT COVER theft, fire, loss, normal wear, consumables and intentional acts of damage or exclusions as details in the “Service Limitations”.
