A transfer fee is charged for software license ownership transfers. We accept checks, money orders, or charges to American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

Sales tax is required for all transfers into/within the United States. Tax is based on the location of the Transferee/New Owner.

The fee is charged per server or transfer depending on the product(s) being transferred.

• $400.00 USD plus sales tax per hardware-based software (HP3000, HP9000, SuperDome, Integrity, EVA)
• $400.00 USD plus sales tax per transfer for OpenView products on workstations or non-HP platforms

• HP3000, e3000 servers
• HP9000, SuperDome, Integrity servers
• EVAs
• HP OpenView products (on any platform, including non-HP systems)

• Desktop PCs, Laptops, Vectras, Kayaks, Evo's
• Jukeboxes, Switches
• NetServers, Proliants, Workstations
• Printers
• Storage devices (except EVAs)
• VA disk arrays
• Unless any of the above are running an HP OpenView product

• iCOD & iCAP software
• XP disk array software
• Micro Focus software
• MicroCOBOL software
• Microsoft software
