Promotion Terms
The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are legally resident in the United States of America (including Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico (“Participants”).
In order to participate in this Promotion, Participants must purchase a new (not second hand or refurbished) eligible HP PC shown in Table 1 below (“Promotion Product”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below) from the HP.com US online general store only at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop (the “Participating Retailer”) and must “Opt-In” to the promotion by adding the promo part number “A3NU3AV – Part Number Description Pending” to the configuration of the eligible PC at the time of purchase (a “Qualifying Purchase”).
Qualifying Purchases must be made during the period commencing from July 10, 2024 (00:01-PST) until August 24, 2024 (23:59-PST) (“Promotion Period”) from the Participating Retailer.
Following the Participant making a Qualifying Purchase and presuming full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”), the Participant shall be eligible to claim a $200 credit (“Reward”) to be used towards their choice of any number or combination of services listed in Table 2 below (each a "Subscription Service"), subject to availability. Participants who receive a Reward will be able to apply amounts within the denomination range for each Subscription Service, in a total amount not to exceed $200, as indicated in Table 2 and in accordance with the applicable external terms for each Subscription Service as referenced in Table 2 (“External Terms”).
Participants may submit a maximum of three (3) Claims each under the Promotion, one (1) Claim per each unique Promotion Product purchased, regardless of the quantity of Promotion Products purchased. Households (i.e., a group of individuals with the same address) are limited to a maximum of three (3) Claims in total within the household, subject to each Claim using a unique purchased Promotion Product. Each validated Claim will receive one Reward to be used for any number or combination of Subscription Services with all amounts subject to the indicated denomination ranges, with the total amount credited to all Subscription Services to not exceed $200. Multiple Rewards may be applied to one single household Subscription Service account.

How to Claim
After making a Qualifying Purchase, Participants must visit https://rebates.hp-promotions.com/ and complete the presented fields with the requested information, including (but not limited to) (“Claim”):
- Details of the Promotion Product purchased by the Participant (including serial number of the relevant purchased Promotion Product);
- Personal contact details of the Participant including email address to receive the Reward; and
- Valid proof of purchase from the Participating Retailer, clearly showing the date of purchase, the Participant details, and Promotion Product.
Participants must submit a completed Claim within ninety (90) days after their Qualifying Purchase, meaning the final Claim date (for a Promotion Product purchased on August 24, 2024 is no later than 23:59 (PST) on November 22, 2024. The date of the relevant invoice or receipt shall be considered as day one (1) (“Claim Window”). Claims received outside of the Claim Window shall be considered invalid. Registrations and Claims must be submitted by the Participant only.
Once the Claim has been received, the Participant will receive confirmation of receipt within two (2) working days via email and a second email within five (5) working days stating whether or not the Claim has been successful. It is the Participant's responsibility to contact email: rewardchoice@hp-promotions.com / phone: +1 833 324 8323 within seven (7) days of their Claim being submitted if email confirmation has not been received. If such communication is not made within this timeframe the Claim will be deemed invalid and the Participant shall be ineligible to receive any associated Reward.
If the Promoter deems that a Claim has been submitted incorrectly the Participant shall be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email, the Claim shall be marked as invalid, and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
Claims may only be submitted by the end user Participant. In no circumstances will Claims made by third parties on behalf of the Participant be permitted. Such Claims will be rejected, and the Participant shall be considered ineligible to make another Claim.
The Promoter reserves the right to audit and subsequently disqualify any Claim that it considers not to be in compliance with these Promotion Terms. In order to support this audit, the Promoter reserves the right to request any relevant information (without limitation) related to a Participant’s Claim(s).
Providing that the Participant has complied with these Terms and Conditions fully, they shall receive a link to their Reward via email to the address indicated in their Claim within thirty (30) days of Claim approval.
Where a Participant returns one or more Promotion Products, any Claims made in relation to that Promotion Product shall be deemed invalid and subsequently cancelled.
All liability for tax in relation to the Reward is the sole responsibility of the Participant.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this Promotion at any time without notice.
