The headset is very comfortable and has excellent audio.This is the first time I had such a good headset like this one,Not only does it allow me to work for hours, it also better's both my gaming and movie experience. Although my only disgruntle with the product is that the extender for the headset does not support Dolby access causing the audio to be sub optimal.

Second Pari in Ten years
I love these Headphones; they have great quality and sound. This is my second pair I have owned and the last pair I bought nearly ten years ago. The only reason These don't have a 5-star rating is because the new pair doesn't feel as sturdy as the old ones in the earmuff itself. But other than that, they have been fantastic so far. I use for gaming on my Xbox on games where sound direction is very important and these headphones have elevated my gameplay because of being able to hear where things are coming from.

Best Headphones Yet
Wow. Just WOW. This headset is the best I've seen yet. It's very comfortable, highly adjustable with volume and microphone sensitivity, AND it has surround sound! These are better than some other headsets I've seen out there. Only downside is I can't connect to my phone..... But otherwise, perfect!

They have decent-good sound quality, the mic is decent-good, but they are the most comfortable headphones I've used and are very durable. I've owned several pairs of them and would recommend them to anyone. I personally prefer the felt ear cups because they're more comfortable (to me) to wear with glasses, but the leather/pleather ones aren't necessarily uncomfortable.

Bought them for Xbox series X and they are really good though you can’t use the usb dongle for the 7.1 sound. There’s some ppl saying that they are not loud trust me they are, all you have to do is press the home button go all the way down to the right side and select the volume icon to setup the headset output you can mute the mic from there too. I have a big head and use glasses still comfortable 11/10.

15 years of perfection. Best headphones ever.
I've had my previous pair of HyperX headphones for over 15 years. Never had any problems with them; they always worked beautifully. After 15 years of regular use, they finally began to wear out, but only visually; they still worked fine, but upon seeing the sale, I decided it was about time to update them. On that note, I am just as pleased with my new pair as the previous pair (which im keeping around as an emergency backup). Here's to another 15 years.

Hyper X Cloud II - One of the Best!
I've used these headphone for years and recently bought a new pair when they went on sale for $39.99. The price was too good to pass up. Decent sound, decent mic, and super comfortable. I get zero ear fatigue during long play sessions.
I should note that this new pair's mic is incompatible with my previous pair. I haven't tried the ear cushions between the two, but it seems they've made some revisions from the model that I bought in 2016. The quality and construction still feel very similar.

Great quality but hurts the ears a bit
The headset itself for sound quality and microphone quality is great. It does start to press a little hard though when I have to wear my glasses and after an hour of gaming my ears start to hurt. It would be great to figure out a way to have less "squeeze" directly where the arms for glasses sit behind the ears.

Super comfortable headphones worth the money.
The headphones are SUPER DUPER comfortable and not heavy at all!! The only thing is that I’m not used to long chords so I have to keep reminding myself not to run over the chord with my chair. But that is only mildly annoying, not really a big deal. Super satisfied.

Incompatible with Windows 10, despite the website and marketing saying otherwise. Would never recommend a HyperX Cloud II to anyone. Buy from an honest, reputable brand instead if you're looking for a $50-100 headset.

Removable mic is very useful
I bought the headset two months ago and it is very durable and comfortable with amazing
sound quality. There is a small rubber piece that covers the hole for the microphone that can be
lost easily tho.

Disappointing Performance
The audio control board for the Cloud II has been changed from analog to digital. I suppose
this is good for people who only want to plug in one USB cable instead of two analog (mic/headset)
wires to their computer. The disadvantage is that the HyperX digital audio overrides the audio
system in the computer and effectively disables all the equalizers and audio effects that might be
generated on a native sound card. The headset audio sounds acceptable in the 7.1 audio mode, but the
old analog sound card was vastly superior at reproducing what my computer sound card generates.

Generally good, few issues
My first headset, and almost everything's great, but one issue: the microphone setting. The
headset tries to make you use their in-built mic settings, not the system ones. However, the maximum
volume it goes to is extremely low, which made me have to use a bunch of workarounds to increase it
to audible levels. Otherwise it's very comfy, although my hair looks a bit messy after taking it off

Very Durable
I am not the gentlest person with my headsets, they usually break within a year. This one
that I've had for probably around a year has shown no signs of breaking. Not to mention the quality
of the sound and mic, they are better than most headsets that you find anywhere else.

Glad I bought this...wish I had a PC
I love the product but it’s also very sad that the dongle is not compatible with the
Xbox one... I wish I had know but it’s still a wonderful product. I just have to go on the
settings and adjust balances and I can’t mute the headset...
