Rated 5 out of 5 by Greystone9TV from A Near-Perfect Wireless Headset for Daily Use I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless for a while now, and overall, it has been an excellent experience. The headset is extremely comfortable even during long sessions and the build quality feels solid and premium. The battery life is outstanding; I can go days without needing to recharge, which is one of its biggest advantages. The sound quality is impressive, with clear highs, strong mids, and deep bass that never feels muddy. The microphone is also reliable and delivers clear voice quality, making it great for gaming, calls, and everyday communication. My setup experience was simple and straightforward; the headset connected quickly, and the software was easy to navigate. If there’s one area I would improve, it would be the headband cushion. I do wish it were made of a slightly thicker material for added comfort during very long sessions. Aside from that, the Cloud Alpha Wireless has been excellent. In daily use, it has become my go-to headset for gaming, music, and general media. It’s a well-rounded product that delivers comfort, performance, and durability. Overall, this is a great headset that I would definitely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Marsx19 from Sadly disappointed Slightly disappointed. Unbelievably light and agile, but feels cheap and inconsistent. I have had issues with the sensor as well. If you can find a deal, I wouldn’t skip it, but there are better versions. I think Logitech still rules this side which sucks bc HyperX is a brand I like more

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marsx19 from Nothing else compares Unquestionably the best gaming headphone money can buy. The battery life alone will last you weeks before a recharge. In addition, comfort and sound quality are fantastic. If I was offered the top of the line Steel series or Razer or Astros, I would pass them over just to stick with this headset. I cannot say enough of how much I love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by P. Hinton from If you are looking for a great headset for extended gaming sessions, look no further. Best headphones on the market at the moment. I had avoided wireless headsets in the past due to the annoyance of having to constantly recharge them and being without my headset if I ever forgot. Not an issue with this headset. One charging session per month is all you need thanks to its insanely long battery life. They are very comfortable, especially if your have a rounder head like mine where others put too much pressure around the ears and the sound quality is above average quality. There are other head sets you can get slightly better sound quality but you lose all the other pros this headset has to offer and will spend atleast double the price to boot. 10/10 comfort. 10/10 Durability. 10/10 battery life. 10/10 cost to value ratio. 8/10 sound quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Almost perfect Very comfy, great sound quality, insanely good battery life. I've had them for months and haven't had to recharge yet and I'm pretty often gaming. My only drawbacks are that the earcups aren't quite big enough for my ears, and a set of Wicked Cushions aftermarket ear cushions helps a bit with that but not enough to solve my problem. Range could be better but that's being a bit picky. Glad to say I'm not dissapointed with buying these :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Matt Z from Meh at best Not the worst, but for my larger ears they are quite uncomfortable after about 15 minutes. Connectivity isn't what I would like as I tend to use my headset around the house to listen to things as I do some chores. My old Logitech 935s would still have good voice connection in the basement and were comfortable to wear for hours, but they didn't stand the test of time. Curious if the clouds will fare better or I will find something I like more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DonRob87 from Good mouse Great gaming mouse. I’ve had no issues with this mouse. Good accuracy with good customizable settings, including quick button to change DPI. I was hesitant to buy these because a lot of people complained about accuracy issues. I’ve only used it with the 2.4ghz receiver and have had no issues. I haven’t used it via Bluetooth so I can’t speak to that. I also like the HyperX PC app. Can easily customize and change button settings, RGB colors and other features. It also has really good battery life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DonRob87 from Rock solid headphones These are some really good headphones. I use these primarily for PC gaming with voice chat. Audio in the headphones is very clear and has a good balance of bass & treble. Good mic as well; my buddy who I game with can hear me clearly. The cushions are also pretty comfortable. I’ve gamed several hours at a time while wearing glasses with minimal to no discomfort. The HyperX PC app is very intuitive. It helps control settings like mic monitoring (which I usually turn on) and equalizer and shows an accurate battery percentage. Battery life is crazy long. I been using these approx. a month off the initial charge, gaming around 20-30 hours a week and I still have about 60% charge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by tonyjadangus from Serious audio issues The sound is really nice on these, however I have a really bad issue with audio distortion that seems to kick in after an hour or two of use playing games while voice chatting on discord. Went through the tech support process and they recommended sending them in, but the process for doing so is a real pain and requires a bunch of pictures and documentation. I will get around to it eventually. Without these issues I could give a strong recommendation for the product but as it is I would not buy this headset.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good battery lifer but instant headache. The clamp strength was so strong that I had head aches in 30 minutes. If you wear glasses, forget about getting these headphone. It's a real shame too because the battery life was so good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Marshall Q from Incredible audio, could be a little more comfortable Fantastic audio. The soundstage and imaging are incredible. NGenuity is not as bad as everyone says. My only issue has been it's not the most comfortable headset. But it's a small enough trade off for the audio.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ALEXELI from Mixed Feelings Exactly what you expect from HyperX, sounds good, battery as expected. HOWEVER, occasionally I get noticeably high lag or the left and right channels switch, which is problematic for competitive gaming, but most of the time it's fine. I also wish the notification beeps/power on/off voice respected the last known device volume because right now it sounds like someone trying to talk to you in a crowded room with their mouth 1 inch from your ear, except the room is silent and they're yelling anyway.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Reviewerr from Amazing headset. Software needs work The sound quality, comfort, and obviously the battery life is astounding. Build quality is stellar. Metal frames like this should be standard. My previous plastic headsets all eventually snapped. The Ngenuity software needs work. Currently, you can’t game with Surround or Equalizer. If you do, you will notice a significant input lag for the headphones. So leave them off for gaming. Additionally, when waking the PC from sleep, the headset will usually have crackling distortion that can only be fixed by replugging the USB. When doing this, it resets the idle timer. So it goes from “Never” in my case back to 20 minutes. I bought HyperX over Logitech because Logitech unfortunately has terrible software now. HyperX’s software issues are relatively minor but hopefully will get fixed. Maybe my review will make them go faster?

Rated 3 out of 5 by Fenlig from Battery life saves this. The battery life is fantastic, and it is the only reason I purchased this headset. The "gamer" aesthetic is ugly and off putting, I can never really remember the hyperbolic name of this thing too. The hold to power on button is really annoying, it's been many times that I've joined a call only to realize the headset has powered itself down and I need to wait the 5 seconds while I start it back up all the while people are with chatting, it's an awful design that needs to go away, at least let me configure the timer on it. The mic also seems to lack sensitivity, while gaming my mates often ask me if my mic has floated away from me even though I've got the mic volume maxed out. I feel like the people who design these headsets don't really understand their customers. All in all its the best of a bad bunch, hope they figure out these gripes a future version.

Rated 2 out of 5 by HeadsetReviews100 from battery life is good but the microphone and range battery life is good but the microphone and range sucks. My friends tell me I sound so hollow and off. The headphones only work 5-10 ft and as you get further out, the microphone gets worse. If I wasn't so lazy, I'd return these.
