Has a lot of glitches.
It is glitchy. Sometimes only prints in black and when, at times the duplexer doesn’t work, but when it’s working the print quality is fabulous.

Best printer ever.
I've had a lot of small office printers and this one is by far the best ever. Simple set up, reliable wifi, intuitive controls. Printing is beautiful and very very fast. Cannot recommend this enough. Also, super happy with the refurb. Perfect condition.

Refurbished Laserjet set up
I like the printer, however the set up instructions on line were very difficult to follow. I finally had to get local support to finish setting up the scan function which originally ddid not work correctly.

No technical support response

2 Months No Power Cord
I received my printer without a power cord and called to let them know the same day. Three times I was asked to check the box, instead of being helpful. Once I finished the request, I was told it would be sent out right away with 2-day shipping. It has been two months since that request and just recently got a message that they were sending it. I of course had already bought a cord and spent more money in HP’s failure to have good customer service. Never again!

Terrible customer service and defective product
I bought a reconditioned color, laser printer in order to avoid the continued dance of ink jet printer cartridges. The printer did not work from the get-go. Many hours on the phone with HP reps trying to fix the problem, until they concluded that they had to send a technician out and replace the paper feeder. Three tries and finally, they found a technician, who came on the day of my move. I did not have a chance to try the printer until I moved and had internet connected ( as of today). Unsurprisingly, I am unable to hook the printer up to my Wi-Fi. Again the misery of a call to HP, 25 minute wait, a rude and unintelligible agent who hung up on me after about a minute. Call back wait for one hour on the phone, only to hear a message that they were unavailable and to call back. These issues have had a detrimental effect on my life and are not merely numerous and very meaningless apologies for “inconveniences”. Losing many hours of my time Is a harm to me—not an inconvenience. Further, I still don’t have a printer I can use, right at the time in my life when I have most needed it. HP used to be a great company with excellent customer service. Now it is among the worst.

NOT WHAT I ORDERED
THIS COMPANY HAS GONE DOWNHILL!! I ORDERED A "NEW" PRINTER AND WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE BOX SHOWED REFURBISHED. I CALLED AND THE PEOPLE WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEPT. I RETURNED THE ITEM THE NEXT DAY, AFTER HAVING THEM ORDER A "NEW" PRINTER REPLACEMENT. THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD EXPEDITE THE NEW ONE. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER WHEN I HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM, I FOUND OUT THEY WOULD ONLY SHIP THE NEW ONE WHEN THE OLD ONE WAS RECIEVED AND INSPECTED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS SO UPSET, I CANCELED THE REPLACEMENT AND ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND, WHICH WOULD ONLY OCCUR AFTER 2 WEEKS. I SIMPLY CALLED MY CC COMPANY AND DISPUTED THE CHARGE. HP USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE JOINED THE RANKS OF POORLY RUN AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Returned Nonfunctional Printer
Printer arrived quickly. Setup was without issue. Windows printer test fine however printer would not print double sided nor scan double sided. Back side on each process was black page. HP tech support was very hard to get hold of and not that helpful. HP did authorize return of product but the whole process has made me a bit gunshy of purchasing a remanfactured product. It’s an expensive printer and process.
