I still find all of HP products very good.
I choose the wrong product. It's not HP, it was my fault in that I should have chosen HP 68 not 67. The other mistake I made was to open both packages. By the time I realized that the mistake was mine, I ordered the correct cartridges from Staples.

I have been using HP. Computers like 6 of them over 30 years, I recently bought an HP. Printer, needed to replace the ink cartridge Bought a replacment put it in and the printer rejected it so I bought two more again the printer rejected them saying not original HP. so after $70.00 of ink I bought the original ink at another $48.00 well guess what, NO MORE HP.Products in my life. You can think your going to make me buy just from HP? You have another thought coming. Good bye HP. i'm getting rid of every HP. I own, until HP wakes up from their dream!!

Printer stopped accepting aftermarket cartridges after a sw install to allow printing from my phone so there was little option other than purchase ink from HP. The output from the black cart smeared. It was later discovered to have spewed ink inside of the printer. The brand new color cart showed up at ~75% of full volume. I'll be donating or recycling the printer when the ink is gone. I'm done with HP & their poor quality, over priced, proprietary nonsense

Bad customer service, the representative could barely understand.
This is not what I asked for. I told her that 67 would not fit my printer and she sent it anyway, now I have no way to print the return label and my issues are not resolved. As a matter of fact, now I have no ink, I'm out of money for the purchase of the ink and no way to return the ink. I told her over an over again not to send me 67. I need 67/305.

I like the fact that the instaink comes automatically and last longer, however there was a period that the ink ran low so I purchased ink directly from the HP website and the printer rejected the ink cartridges as unauthorized products. Having a business without a printer is a hassle.
