THEY CHARGE ME FOR EVERYTHING BECAUSE GOOGLE MAKES MONEY FROM EVERYONE, I USE A PROGRAM THAT IS NOLGER IN USE TO ANYONE ANY LONGER. BECAUSE GOOGLE GOT RID OF IT. I ordered the Subject HP 64 2-pack while chatting with a HP Chat person who had asked what kind of printer I had. Turned out that my HP printer being an older model is not compatible with the Subject HP 64 2-pack ink cartridges. I had to return this item.

Printer ink never received! Address was put in correctly, or else they never would have been able to charge my bank account which they did. The address on actual mailing was changed and I was left in limbo for over 2 weeks with updates that my order was coming soon. When I finally reached hp, after the shipper, there was no satisfaction.

Buy OEM ink -only-
I have always gone by the rule of using /only/ OEM ink for printers. Yes, it costs more than after market ink. But in the long run, after market ink is, on balance, not worth it. Manufacturing inconsistencies make it too unpredictable and unstable. HP ink for my HP printer is a sure bet and has never failed. Plus, HP does a great job fulfilling online orders and easily facilitates the recycling of used carts.

In the past, the quality of printing on our HP Envy Photo 7855 was poor using HP 64 Tricolor Black Ink Cartridge Combos purchased online and in office supply stores, so I tried purchasing them directly from HP and the quality of printing is much improved!

Not worth the money. Nothing but hassles.
After struggling with my HP printer for four years, I have given up. The printer has never worked well. Most ink cartridges fail before they are half-used and the jets clog constantly. I have spent more time cleaning and replacing the darned thing than I have actually using it. It was a mistake to have purchased it and it will be the last HP product I ever buy.

It’s insulting and ridiculous that HP is forcing customers to purchase the ink monthly . I’ve tried enrolling in the program but I simply don’t print much , however the ink they send you for subscription is of the highest quality and lasts long time . Now if you just want to buy regular HP ink and not enroll in monthly program you will pay exact same amount but your ink will disappear after ten pages !! I am vastly disappointed and I am regretting dearly buying HP printer because I hate to be forced into spending money for service I don’t use .

Works as Intended But May Dry Up With Minimal Use
The ink works fine. Just as it should. My problem is that I dont use my printer very often and the ink cartridge often has dried up before I print my next page. I usually resort to borrowing someone else's printer because my ink has dried up between uses.

Excellent Customer Experience
The first order that arrived was defective. When I called HP, they took me at my word and immediately sent a replacement by express delivery. This time there was no problem and I have been using it regularly. Both deliveries came with a pre-paid bag to return old cartridges for recycling.
