Will never buy from HP! Tooo expensive! Office Depot I can get 2 cartridges for the price of 1 cartridge at HP. HP says Office Depot is old cartridges!!! Not found that to be true!!!!!

Never used
Gave away with printer that was lightly used because the printer was not capable of dual sided scan or copy . If this fact was mentioned in the printer description I missed it and still cannot find that fact clearly in the description, I guess that falls under "my bad" and my $$.

HP Inkjets
I prefer and like using HP inkjets on my HP printer. I have had the printer for many years and never have had a problem with it. I believe it’s because I don’t risk the possibility of contaminating it with other brands of inkjets. Plus I like the ability to return used inkjets in postage free envelopes.

Problem with auto fill program
I thought the autofill program would save me time. Immediately upon signing up I received ink, after I had just ordered ink. (poor internal communication). Now I had two packs of fresh ink. So, I cancelled the autofill program, thinking since I don't do a LOT of printing I didn't want more shipped to me.The problem came when I put the autofill ink cartridge in the printer - IT WOULD NOT PRINT. Evidently unless you are in the autofill program the autofill ink cartridge will not print. That way they tie you into their HP autofill program.So, now I have 2 cartridges I cannot use and I am out the cost. NOT COOL! I will buy my ink elsewhere from now on.

HP's Ink Cartridges are over priced
Disappointed at how quickly I go through ink cartridges. I do not print a lot at all yet for some reason I go through the colored AND black ink cartridges. Perhaps they're sitting on the shelf awhile and when I get them they're somewhat dried up. As a struggling senior citizen on a fixed income, it really stinks that I have to spend such a ridiculous amount of money on over priced ink cartridges. That's where HP gets you; low cost of a printer then you're indebted to the over priced ink cartridges.

Wrong Cartridge
I purchased 64XL at Walmart, where a clerk removed it from a locked case. My printer uses 962XL. I did not discover the mistake until I went to replace the cartridges. The mistake was by the clerk. I have been ill and not able to go out. As soon as I am able I will see if I can return it to Walmart for a refund. Since I cannot the 64 I cannot rate it for you.

Ink replacement.
I recently purchased ink through HP. The colored ink is giving me problems in the printer. It keeps telling me to remove and replace. Sometimes that works and other times not. I hate to replace a $50 ink cartridge with another one.

New Marketing Strategy
I was not informed that HP had changed the 64 ink cartridge, so even though the number is the same the cartridge does not fit my five year old printer. HP would not give me a refund because you only accept unopened ink. How was I to know of this change? And what am I supposed to do now? Buy a new printer. I will not be recommending HP to my friends because your printer will only be good for a limited time when you decide to make it obsolete and useless by not providing ink

HP is the best
I don't have a clue how the "Tri-color" cartridge works, but the results are fantastic. The colors are vibrant. The cartridge was easy to load, and the ink was delivered in a timely manor. An envelope was provided with the ink delivery to conveniently dispose of cartridges in an environmentally friendly way.
