Never used
Gave away with printer that was lightly used because the printer was not capable of dual sided scan or copy . If this fact was mentioned in the printer description I missed it and still cannot find that fact clearly in the description, I guess that falls under "my bad" and my $$.

Missing important information
Evidently for your ink cartridge purchased thru their automatic replenishment system to work on your printer you have to stay on the program or your cartridge won't continue to print. I bought a regular cartridge and then saw the auto replenishment program and assigned up. They immediately sent me an auto replenish cartridge. I used up the regular cartridge and loaded the auto replenishment cartridge. I then realized that I don't do that much printing and they replenish based on TIME, not usage. So I cancelled the program. Immediately my cartridge would no longer print. I can find no mention of this in their literature. BEWARE!

HP IK Cartridges are Over Priced
HP's ink cartridges are over priced and they do not print the amount they claim to on the packages. I am on a fixed income as a senior citizen struggling. It tough having to purchase ink cartridges as they're so expensive! Many times I truly believe that the ink cartridges are somewhat dried as they've been sitting on the warehouse self for awhile. HP can lower the prices on their ink cartridges OR increase the price on their printers and have lower ink cartridge prices but that would cut into their profit margins, so they won't.

Defective cartridge
We were getting messages from our printer that we could not print because cartriges were not communicating. We changed the cartridge to a new one and the problem persisted. So this new cartridge was defective. Fortunately we had other cartriges and the problem was solved.

Did not work
Upon receiving the cartridge it did not work. I kept receiving an error message on the printer. When I put the old cartridge back in the error message disappeared.

Brown Kraft Envelope not adequate for shipping ink cartridges.
This item shipped with another HP cartridge. However, this cartridge was missing. It was shipped in a brow kraft envelope. The envelope was crushed and ripped so 64XL was missing. It took a month to get it replaced. My total order cost over $200. These brown kraft envelopes are not adequate for such an expensive product. I will purchase locally from now on.

RUNS OUT FAST
Since Covid all my HP cartridges seem to run out must faster than they used to. I feel it's because they are pushing their auto refill subscription. We do not need this!! Additionally getting lots of error messages on the printer. Will not purchase HP Products again.
