This 63XL ink is not compatible with HP Smart Tank 5000.
This is the wrong 63XL On the side of the box it does not show it is compatible with HP Smart Tank 5000. Although I have not opened the box, the box is too large for the 1 7/8" tall and 1 5/8" wide ink cartridge. I need to return this ink to you. Please send me a prepaid return label.

No return options
The ink didn't match my printer. I ordered on Dec 30th and so when I try to return it, it only brought up orders for the year, which was unfortunate because the year was over and I couldn't go back 2 weeks to select the purchased product.

Printer Usage
I don't recall when HP sent me a refill cartridge because it has been a long time. My printer is not used very much. Your refill program may not be benefit me as it would someone who used their printer a great deal of the time. I will have to take a look at the usage of the printer and make a decision.

NOT an XL cartridge.
I am very disappointed with the XL part of this cartridge. I printed out less than 250 pages in draft mode and got a “low ink” warning. I purchased these cartridges from HP direct after having bought some on Amazon with the low output problem. I thought by paying a bit more I would get authentic HP cartridges which used to last, easily, twice as long. I have had HP printers since the 1980s but it seems taking a digital file to Staples for printing is the way to go…or buying an Epson or Canon printer.
