good mouse, nightmare shipping
The mouse itself is great. Good size for smaller hands like mine, worked right away when I plugged it in. Moves and tracks smoothly even without a mouse pad. However, HP and DHL/shipping was a nightmare. I got an excessive number of emails (about 6) that the estimated deliver date was Weds, Oct 15. Then an email Sat, Oct 11 that it was delivered, when it wasn't. HP continued to list its status as delivered, but the DHL tracking information said it was at my local post office. I tried to ask the DHL chat bot which post office (there are several in my town), but it couldn't tell me which, it just said it would be delivered by USPS. It never arrived. I eventually managed to get information from the HP chat help and by calling DHL to determine which post office it was at. Calling that post office to try to schedule a new delivery just gave me a busy signal, so finally I just went to the post office in person to pick it up myself. Luckily, they still had it and I was able to get it. Funnily enough, after I actually got it from the post office, I got another email from HP that it was delivered. I don't understand why I had to go through so much trouble.

Decent for travel, a little small for day to day.
Does the job, but is a little small. If I rest my palm on the rear swell I'm clicking on the very edge of the buttons.

What is the cord length? Sure would be nice to find a good quality compact mouse with a cord that wasn't 5 or 6 ft. long.... (One with a detachable cord would be even better, but those only seem to be for gamers.)
