Great headphones, iffy cable
Headphones sound great and fit my ears perfectly. I’m also quite happy with the ability to detach the microphone, as I already have my own standing mic. Only problems i had with the product were the headband being slightly too short and fitting pretty snugly on my head, which leaves a bit of an indent in my hair compared to my old headphones (which were also by hyperx). The other problem was the threaded design on the cable. It came packaged with bends to keep it folded in its box during shipping, but when unpacking and setting it up, one of those bends had the cable poking out of the threading at a harsh angle and I was unable to get it back in and had to cut the threads at that spot to keep the cable straight. Now I’ve had to tape that whole section of cable to keep the threads from getting unfurled down the entire cable. This was only within my first two weeks of buying so it’s a pretty big downer. While it more or less came down to chance, I think the fault still lies in the design itself for making this whole problem possible. Now I need a replacement cable or I’ll have to deal with this taped cable. Great headphones, iffy cable.

Mic works well, pretty comfortable, cushion material feels durable for now, not sure about long term. Great headset, love the noise suppression.

Grate but room for improvement
Love the hyperx cloud 3, I ended up replacing my cloud 2 Because the material on the top and earmuffs was made out of started to disintegrate. The cloud 3 is definitely still nice but it definitely doesn't have the same amount of noise canceling as the 2 and I think the ear pads are a little thinner

Was a gift for my son, he said that they are great, very comfortable, sound is great, no lag. The only thing he said that was negative was that they were not wireless. But understood the wireless pair was $100 more and that was to much. He was pleased with the gift

Bang for your buck
You literally cannot get better ones for the price of them. All the other brands cost more, and give you less. My first set lasted nearly ten years, so I'm looking forward to another ten years!

For some reason with this headset,I can’t listen to youtube,talk to my friends, and hear steam game audio all at the same time like my old razer headset allowed me to do.I have to choose between youtube or steam game audio.Does the headset not allow this?
